Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual looking to join an exciting and diverse team. Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project execution including scheduling, procurement of materials and subcontractors, site logistics, construction coordination, change management, and budget forecasting.
- Oversee installation of various roofing systems, including single-ply membranes (EPDM, PVC, TPO), SBS, hot-modified systems, underground waterproofing, and air/vapor barriers (both liquid and sheet-applied).
- Supervise the construction of commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities across the Philadelphia region.
- Coordinate the installation of a variety of panel systems such as aluminum composite panels, insulated panels, single-skin corrugated panels, phenolic panels, and fiber cement panels.
- Manage project controls across all phases—Pre-Construction, Construction, and Close-out. Responsibilities include understanding scopes and contracts, liaising between the contract and management teams, and supervising administrative, operations, maintenance staff, and subcontractors.
- Prepare accurate cost forecasts, manage project submittals and schedules, maintain detailed communication records, respond promptly to emails, review supplier purchase orders, and attend weekly project meetings.

Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management of aluminum extrusions, powder coating, castings, fabricated metals, and other products. This role is critical to developing a resilient, cost-effective, and globally competitive supply base. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize cost, ensure continuity, and improve supplier performance across multiple commodities. Essential Functions
- Develop and lead sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and other assigned commodities in alignment with business goals and global market conditions.

- Generate and maintain various top management flash reports and monthly market overview reports on key commodities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of sourcing or commodity management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on aluminum extrusions and steel items.

Production:

The Product Management Team for the Deck & Accessories category has responsibility for the overall lifecycle, sales and financial performance of these products. These include the full line of Deck, Porch, Accessories and Adjacencies (e.g. decking substructure).
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management for the Deck & Accessories, this role will have direct responsibility for all of our fastener products within the decking product category as well as certain fasteners for the Exteriors category (e.g. AZEK Trim). These products include primarily mechanical fasteners (screws, clamps/clips, etc.) made of metal or plastic composites, as well as the tools or systems used for installing these fasteners.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the creation of a product roadmap, market/competitive research and analysis, new product development and testing, technical support, supplier management (co-owned with our Sourcing Team), pricing/profitability analysis and product rationalization. The Product Manager is ultimately the subject matter expert for their category and responsible for the financial results of the product line and must ensure that the product line is meeting the goals of the company. The Product Management team members are also advocates for our customers and continually find ways to add value to all stakeholders responsible for the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, sales and installation of the product.
AZEK does not directly manufacture any of the fasteners that we sell today. However, we do play a direct, leading role in the product development process from concept, product definition, design/engineering, development and testing. Therefore, this position works primarily with key supplier-partners, outside engineering/design resources and AZEK’s Legal (IP), Sourcing and R&D/Applications organizations to drive the development and testing of these products. The Product Manager also works cross-functionally to successfully launch new products to the market and manages the complete life-cycle of existing products.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping to drive sales growth and gross margin improvement of our products. This candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, focus on the technical and other details and drive cross-functional execution for the category while also understanding and engaging at the strategic level as well. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with the Product Management, Sales, Sourcing and overall business leadership teams to develop a successful product and business strategy for the assigned products, including a multi-generational product roadmap.
- Lead the execution of that strategy for the Fasteners product category. This includes engaging cross-functionally across all aspects of product development and on-going product management (product development, manufacturing, logistics, quality, code compliance, applications testing, marketing, sales, customer service, demand forecasting, reporting and analysis, margin improvement, pricing and promotions, including event support).
- Engage with and effectively lead/manage outside engineering, product design, development, testing and other technical service providers and suppliers as applicable. Conduct regular business and project reviews with suppliers.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis of product line performance (sales trends, regional and geographic customer analysis, revenue, margin and other basic financial and performance metrics). Conduct monthly business reviews using that information and analysis combined with on-going market and competitive analysis.
- Become the subject matter expert within the product category for the business and provide input and support to the Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and SIOP/Supply Chain teams.
- Conduct regular product data audits/maintenance, product costing and pricing support.
- Help to develop (and occasionally deliver) training programs to be used to educate the sales team, distributors, dealers and contractors on the features, benefits and applications of our products.
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to update all sales, marketing and technical collateral including product literature, sample materials, displays, sales presentations and collateral, product databases, installation guides and installation videos, technical data sheets and AIA presentations.
- Work with our Technical Services and Installation/Applications teams to develop and conduct product qualification testing, installation and other field tests and of new and existing products.
- Identify and evaluate new and emerging fastener technologies to determine potential product, strategic and business fit.

Compensation for roles at James Hardie varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Preconstruction

- Compile all cost data and prepare comprehensive bid proposals.
- Review the contractor's scope of work (if available).

- Maintain organized records of all bids and related documentation.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and internal team members.

You will help review contracts, support customer service needs, conduct basic market research, follow up on payments, and ensure deals are aligned and properly reflected in the ERP system—contributing to smooth execution and reliable reporting across the trade lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between the Trading team and internal departments including Operations, Contracts, Finance, and Legal.
- Accurately capture trade transactions (both purchases and sales) in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with negotiated commercial terms.
- Create and manage purchase and sales orders, maintaining consistency with contract terms and company policies.
- Assist Traders in preparing commercial documents such as client offers, freight quote requests, lot sheets, and budgets.
- Manage the end-to-end deal entry process in the ERP, ensuring correct matching of purchases, sales, freight, and budget allocations.
- Collaborate with Traders and the Contracts Desk to draft and review customer sales and supply agreements.
- Partner with the Legal department to support risk management by reviewing trade contracts, identifying discrepancies, and mitigating potential exposures.
- Provide timely and accurate trade information to the Operations team.
- Coordinate with international Operations teams on matters such as inventory management, quality specifications, cash flow planning, shipment scheduling, vessel nominations, and contract alignment.
- Conduct market research on clients, commodities, supply sources, and industry trends to support trading strategies.
- Work with the Finance department and Traders to manage customer collections and monitor payment statuses.
- Support the financial and operational reconciliation of quarterly trade results, ensuring ERP data reflects actual trade performance.
- Assist Traders with customer service and post-sale support to maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Knowledge of trade and/or logistics preferred.
- Resourceful, organized, and strong attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Content & Marketing Specialist to lead the documentation and promotion of DAK Demolition projects. This role combines industrial media production and digital marketing. The position will be responsible for capturing project photos and drone footage, producing videos, managing our LinkedIn presence, and helping communicate our work to customers and the industry.

- Capture high-quality documentation of our projects through photography, video, and drone footage.
- Visit job sites to film demolition activity, equipment operation, and project progress.
- Maintain an organized media library of project photos and videos for internal and external use.
- Video Production & Editing
- Create short-form videos that highlight projects, equipment, and team members. Edit footage into professional content suitable for LinkedIn, presentations, and marketing materials.
- LinkedIn Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, including creating project highlight posts, sharing company updates, and publishing content that demonstrates our capabilities and safety culture.
- Plan and manage targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach decision-makers in the mining, aggregate, and heavy industrial sectors.
- Work with project managers and field teams to turn completed projects into compelling visual stories that demonstrate our execution, safety practices, and capabilities.

Qualifications
Must Have
- Experience with drone photography and videography (FAA Part 107 license preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong photography and videography skills, particularly capturing equipment, industrial work, and action shots
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience managing LinkedIn content and business pages
- Ability to create short-form marketing videos (30–90 seconds)
- Strong ability to document projects visually and tell a clear story through photos and video

- Ability to travel to job sites to capture project content

The Concrete Mix Specialist is responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting concrete mix designs to ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards, and performance requirements. This role works closely with production teams, quality control, engineers, and customers to deliver consistent, high‑performance concrete across all applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesMix Design & Optimization- Develop and adjust concrete mix designs for various strengths, slumps, and performance requirements.
- Evaluate material properties (cement, aggregates, admixtures, SCMs) to ensure compatibility and consistency.
- Optimize mixes for cost efficiency without compromising performance.
- Provide submittals submittal packages for commercial and FDOT projects.
- Perform and oversee fresh and hardened concrete testing (slump, air, temperature, strength, density, cylinders, etc.).
- Troubleshoot mix performance issues such as low breaks, high water demand, segregation, or finishability problems.
- Maintain detailed records of mix performance, test results, and adjustments.
- Provide guidance to batch plant operators, dispatchers, and field personnel regarding mix performance and batching procedures.
- Assist customers, contractors, and inspectors with mix-related questions and performance expectations.
