Key Responsibilities of Shuttle Drivers:
- Safely transports up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- Greets each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- Provides pleasant customer service
- Demonstrates knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service
- Complies with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Shuttle Drivers:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Currently holds, or is able to obtain, applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- Able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage

Key Responsibilities- Picking up parts and delivering to and from site locations when needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and core returns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop as well as equipment; wipe down parts/tools, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.
- Assist technicians with moving tools, equipment, and vehicles when needed.
- Restock shop supplies and ensure work areas are tidy and safe.
- Fueling portable equipment, if needed, on weekends.
- Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
- Follow direction of supervisor as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite.
- Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.
- Other duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is preferred.
- Experience in a shop or warehouse setting is preferred.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
- Previous knowledge of automotive tools or truck parts preferred
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Work Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA. Protective equipment that may be required, but not limited to, for this position is: Face Shield, Safety (hard toe) Shoes, and Coveralls.

Provides perioperative patient care, specifically in the intraoperative phase, in both the scrub and circulating roles according to established guidelines. Serves the population from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. This position will be full-time exempt and paid a weekly salary to provide on-call coverage weeknights M-F, starting at 1800 each evening and ending at 0700 the next morning. A commitment to work one 10-hour shift a pay period M-F between the hours of 0600 and 1800 will be in place at the discretion of the facilitator/manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAdministers nursing care to patients; includes assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient’s care plan in coordination with the physician Scrubs and circulates on cases independently, with minimal direction (OR) Prepares for surgical cases in an efficient manner, anticipating needs of patient, surgeon, anesthesia and other O.R. team members (OR) Provides a safe environment for patient and staff by implementing standards of aseptic technique and by controlling the physical and psychological aspects of that environment. Collects and analyzes data and assesses patient in developing nursing diagnosis. Communicates effectively with the patient, staff, physicians, and families. Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up and function. Initiates and directs room clean up and turnover. Participates in orientation and training of new personnel. Assists in maintenance of physician's preference cards and other O.R. resource material. Utilizes computer in surgical documentation, disposition of specimens and obtaining pertinent information. Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities as appropriate. Attends department meetings and in-services. Possession of a current or compact state license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa. Operating Room experience preferred. The Concept & Merchandising Associate works in close partnership with Design, Product Development, Operation, Creative and Marketing to support the creation of a saleable, trend-right assortment. What You'll Do:
Concept Planning
-Develop and maintain the merchandising calendar, aligning seasonal trends, cultural moments, and business priorities to drive monthly concept planning.
-Independently and collaboratively lead the development of monthly concepts, translating trend insights, social listening, and market analysis into clear product directions.
-Create compelling concept decks that define product vision, styling direction, key items, and storytelling while ensuring alignment with brand identity and revenue goals.
-Identify white-space opportunities through trend research, competitive landscape analysis, and consumer insights.
Product & Merchandising Development
-Partner closely with Design and Product Development to translate concept direction into commercially viable products.

-Provide merchandising input on silhouettes, category mix, pricing strategy, and trend relevance to drive strong sell-through and margin performance.

Who You Are:
- 2+ years in a Merchandising, Buying, Trend Forecasting, or Concept Design role at a fast-fashion, commerical or contemporary apparel brand.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills; comfortable pitching ideas and defending data-driven decisions

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely unload raw materials and supplies (drums, totes, equipment) using a forklift.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including washing down equipment, cleaning, sweeping, and material disposal.
- Prepare and ship empty totes, waste containers, and pallets as required.
- Pressure wash and paint tanks to maintain facility standards.
- Operate aerial lifts for facility and equipment access as needed.
- Label process piping and vessels to ensure accurate identification.
- Stock and organize supplies within process areas.
- Clean the interior of process vessels following safety and quality standards.

Job Summary:
The central focus of a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) is to support one or more Vice President(s) of Mortgage Lending (VP) with a variety of
tasks related to increasing their production, efficiency and quality of work. A BDC's tasks are divided between 3 important components including 1)
Marketing support; 2) Business Plan and Referral Partner strategy; and 3) Follow up and communication with current and future lead sources.
BDCs are not licensed and may NOT perform any activity requiring a license. All marketing activities are performed under the supervision and guidance of
the VP they support, and in the VP's name. BDCs are not provided access or credentials to systems that are reserved for tasks that must be performed by
licensed employees, such as locking loans, taking applications, or holding themselves out as being able to perform those activities through independent
marketing or other avenues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help VP's add value and growth to their origination volume
- Idea generation and execution of the VP's business plan, including lead generation ideas and sources
- Attend, coordinate, plan and execute monthly events in coordination with the Marketing Department for Realtor and other partners to increase the VP'sbrand and relationship in the community
- Phone and email support including checking messages, return calls and correspondence, to maintain organized files and work environment
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, closings and creating calendar invitations, and following up timely with referral partners
- Contact and follow up with Realtors and referral partners, provide them marketing support, such as marketing materials, Gateless signups and thank you cards, and attend weekly Broker Open Houses with and on behalf of the VP they support
- Enter the VP's referral partners into the company's CRM, document and track the increase in lead sources and make suggestions for changes to the business plan
- Database management including coordinating monthly correspondence to borrowers who recently closed a loan
- Complete tasks in a timely manner and work amicably with others and the POD
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
