St. Catherine of Siena Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) is an intensive outpatient program licensed by the Office of Mental Health (OMH).

Responsibilities:
- Functions as a member of the admissions committee and high risk committee assisting in the development of initial individual action plans and individual safety plans.
- Provides recovery oriented activities in a group setting based on the individual action plans using evidence based curriculums as available.
- Structures a learning environment that will facilitate goal attainment.
- Completes all required regulatory and billing documentation within agency and regulatory guidelines.
- Acts as liaison to outside agencies, ensuring continuity of services.
- Responsible for coordination of individuals care through the recovery process, assisting them with the process of assessing the major life roles they desire to work towards.
- Provides individual counseling including crisis counseling as reflected in the IAP and or requested by the individual.
- Assists individuals in developing their Individual Action Plan defining goals that are recovery oriented.
- Assist with program re-certification process, through quality assurance reviews.
- Ensures written documentation is of professional quality and is forwarded to outside agencies in a timely manner.
- Assures conformity to all policies and procedures that are organizational and site specific.
- Drives agency vehicles as needed for community outings, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Health and Human Services preferred or the foreign equivalent of such a degree, and or equivalent years of experience in a recovery oriented services or a CASAC certification.
- Able to handle simultaneous challenging situations in an often high stress environment.
- Flexible, active, able to respond in crisis situations while addressing to the various needs of the individuals calmly.
- Carries out emergency building procedures

About the Opportunity
Join our growing Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division in a unique role that combines specialized pediatric clinical care with meaningful program development. This Part-time (0.5 FTE) position offers a 50/50 clinical-administrative split, providing you the opportunity to deliver compassionate care to pediatric patients with plastic and craniofacial conditions while shaping the future of our program.
Clinical Responsibilities (50%)
- Pediatric Craniofacial Clinics: Conduct two clinics per month at Banner North Campus and outpatient settings near Tucson Medical Center
- Patient Population: Children with congenital anomalies through Children's Rehabilitative Services (CRS)
- Clinic Management: Run clinics in partnership with nursing staff
- Clinical Procedures: Perform a variety of procedures including bandage changes, wound care management, routine suturing and staple placement, and tissue expansion procedures
- Inpatient Service: Occasional rounds and patient care at Banner -- University Medical Center Tucson
- First Assist Opportunities: Occasional support in OR settings (~10%)
- Collaborative Support: Assist surgeons in inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings as needed
Administrative Responsibilities (50%)
- Virtual surgical planning coordination
- Surgical planning assistance for procedures and guides
- Accreditation support
- Program development for craniofacial and pediatric plastics services
- Registry Management: Develop and maintain clinical registries for research
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time schedule: Five shifts over a 2-week pay period (3 days one week, 2 days the next)
- Flexibility required: Due to split role and travel to multiple clinic sites
- Work-life balance: No weekends, no nights, no call
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioners with surgical experience, particularly:
- Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (ACPNP)
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP)
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP)
- Current Board Certification, DEA license, and BLS certification
- Experience: Minimum 3 years pediatric experience
- Surgical experience: A plus but not required
- RNFA Certification: Preferred for NPs; willing to support training if necessary

As Production Shift Manager you will have full accountability and oversight of the shift manufacturing operation. You will be direct supervisor of all shift production associates with dotted line supervisory responsibilities for QC and Maintenance team members on shift. - Must have strong problem solving/analytical skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools (lean, 5S, six sigma, SPC, RCA, PDCA) strongly desired.
- Must have strong computer skills.
