Duties

- Deliver specialized physiotherapy interventions, including trigger point therapy and other manual techniques tailored to patient needs.
- Coordinate discharge planning and transition patients smoothly between inpatient, outpatient, home health, or community care settings.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to promote long-term wellness.
- Document patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and maintain detailed treatment records.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure holistic patient care, especially in acute care or hospital environments requiring urgent interventions.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist with specialized training or experience in pelvic health therapy in Massachusetts.

Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Table Games Floor Supervisors to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience.

What will you do?
- Make table decisions as necessary based on rules
- Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players
- Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays
More about you
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience
- Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Sitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for majority of shift
- Ability to periodically lift up to 40 pounds
