Summary

Configuration & Functional Support

  • Apply technical knowledge of Workday to solve and support organizational needs; functions/modules include Core HCM, Lifecycle Management, Talent Optimization, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Planning, Help, and Journeys.
  • Maintain, manage, and configure Workday business processes, validations, condition rules, notifications, eligibility rules, and functional components across the Workday modules.

Vendor & Integration Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and troubleshoot functional production issues and collaborate with Workday Support, SI partners, benefit providers, payroll vendors, and timekeeping vendors.
  • Partner with integration teams to resolve issues involving EIBs, Cloud Connects, Studio integrations, and downstream systems.
  • Review integration logs, identify functional root causes, and support cross platform fixes.

SAP S/4HANA Ecosystem Alignment

  • Ensure Workday configurations align with SAP S/4HANA worker data, org structures, cost object design, and financial mappings.
  • Partner with ERP, Finance, and IT teams to maintain data coherence across platforms (e.g., cost center hierarchies, job architecture, supervisory org alignment).

Consultative Partnership

  • Translate HR/business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Collaborates across HR to drive system and process optimization.
  • Provides configuration change recommendations to achieve business needs.
  • Guide HR partners across manufacturing plants through process changes and system behavior.

Testing & Release Management

  • Support regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Workday and S/4HANA connected processes.
  • Participate in release testing, regression cycles, and functional validation efforts.

Documentation & Data Governance

  • Maintain functional specs, job aids, configuration decisions, and change logs; support data governance and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an OR Circulator, with direct experience in orthopedic and/or spine surgeries. First Assist, CNOR or Surgical Tech Experience a plus. Preoperative and/or PACU experience a plus.
  • Previous experience in a nursing leadership or management role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ASC operations, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities:

MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task oriented senior professional to manage all day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed route bus operation. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Fleet Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for maintenance program. 

Qualifications:

Talent Requirements:

  • Must have at least three (3) or more years of recent (within the last five (5) years) and relevant experience managing the maintenance functions of a transit bus maintenance shop similar in scope, size, and complexity and with same or similar type of transit vehicles/equipment. 
  • Must have experience managing/ directing 10 plus employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners). 
  • Experience working with 50 + buses within the last year. 
  • Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment preferred. 
  • Must be able to manage and interface with client. 
  • Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers. 
  • Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and assignments. 
  • Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation. 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats. 
  • Must have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook. 
  • Must have technical competence with light/medium/heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance.

  • ASE or manufacture’s certifications a plus.

Big Bear Engine Company is looking for an experienced sales representative to field incoming engine and parts calls, assist customers in completing purchases and interface with vendors to finalize transactions. At Big Bear Engine Company we specialize in medium and heavy duty diesel engine replacement for the construction, oil and gas, agriculture, over-the-road trucking, government and equipment rental industries. We offer both component built and remanufactured long block engines as well as related parts to businesses that have a down engine in the field. Our engines are found in variety of equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, compactors, street sweepers, forklifts, wood chippers and more. Brands we specialize in are Caterpillar ®, Cummins ®, Detroit Diesel ®, John Deere ®, Mack ®, Komastu ® and Perkins ®. In addition to heavy duty engine replacement the job will also require interfacing with the light duty enthusiast market. These customers are hobbyists looking to drop a diesel engine into a classic car, hot-rod or rock crawler project. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of internal combustion engines, transmissions, fuel systems and ancillary parts however expert level skills are not required.

We offer an extensive training period which will help guide you through how to find the right replacement engine for the customer. Ideally this is a sales position first and we are looking for someone with a varied sales background, (a natural salesperson) vs. someone who may have worked in the automotive industry that isn't necessarily sales focused. We can teach product knowledge but we can't teach charisma and a natural Type-A personality. Once you get going you'll find taking diesel engine replacement calls is fairly straightforward and there is little pushback from the customer. These are B2B customers with a piece of equipment down and need a replacement engine ASAP. Most sales are very quick happening within a day or two of first contact.

* Matching engines schematics and part numbers
* Interfacing with OEM and Aftermarket vendor parts and ordering systems
* Interfacing with QuickBooks Inventory, Invoicing and Purchase Order Systems
* Providing excellent customer service, post sale follow-up and shipment tracking
* Troubleshoot common engine problems and handle basic warranty issues
* Ability to work in a high paced, high lead volume work environment

* Light Warehouse and Forklift Duty as Needed

Job Qualifications:
