Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly attitude while diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues, with an emphasis on taking care of problems before they arise. Statement of Purpose
The Behavioral Health Technician fulfills the assigned role as a part of the treatment team, maintaining the well-being of clients and integrity of the program. Provides client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned.
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes admission procedures on new clients including tech paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientation.
- Conducts property searches of clients as required by program standards.
- Performs urine drug screen testing of clients as required.
- Performs medication call supervision as required.
- Provides transportation services including patient transportation, donation pick-ups, agency errands, etc.
- Attending in-service training and educational workshops.
- Attending all required staff meetings.

The technician will not be doing any treatment planning or counseling services unless registered to do so. The tech will have restricted EHR access.
- Ability to write clear (and concise) statements, summarizing client’s feelings, expressions, resistance and response to their treatment plan, goals, and objectives. Includes letters to referral agencies, courts/probation.

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $24 to $34 per hour and is U.S. Engineering - Service's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities based on the Account Manager’s individual sales performance and attainment of sales targets

Responsibilities:Functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering family-centered care across Women’s Services units, including Labor & Delivery, Family Birth Centers, and Newborn Nurseries.
Assists at the surgical field, passing instruments and supplies to other members of the surgical team.
Participates in the preparation and setup of surgical suites, maintaining sterile technique while managing instruments and supplies for various procedures.
Provides basic patient care and unit support under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Experience:
- 1 year Surgical Technologist experience preferred.

Education:
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program or completion of a military training program for surgical technologists.

Reporting to the Research Administration Services (RAS) Director, the Post-Award Manager leads and supervises all staff performing post-award activities for the sponsored projects research portfolio for their assigned department, division or school.
Key Responsibilities:
