Role Overview:


The Sales Supervisor works within the management team to help achieve store sales goals and maximizes profitability through effective supervision of the store team. The Sales Supervisor takes ownership of the responsibilities assigned by the General Manager and serves as a role model for the rest of the Sales Associates.


Responsibilities:


Sales

  • Meets personal and store sales goals.

Employee Supervision

  • Responsible for opening and closing the store in absence of General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Ensures image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times.
  • Adheres to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance.

Operations

  • Collaborates with General Manager and Assistant General Manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
  • Understands and properly executes all management register functions.
  • Assists in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies, procedures, and all shipping/ receiving related paperwork.
  • Participates in stock take process.

Visual Merchandising

  • Ensures the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
  • Assists in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives.
  • Ensures deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner.
  • Identifies product concerns in a timely manner.

THE PURPOSE:

The Specialist, Sales Operations – International serves as the operational lead and right-hand partner to the Sales Operations Manager, supporting the strategic execution of international wholesale operations. This role owns end-to-end order management, drives cross-functional coordination, and proactively identifies risks and opportunities to maximize revenue, compliance, and customer satisfaction.


THE ROLE:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing for international wholesale and distributor accounts from order entry through final shipment
  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for Sales, customers, and cross-functional partners
  • Drive daily communication with customers and Sales to address inventory needs, order changes, and account maintenance
  • Run and analyze forecast, fulfillment, and risk reports to support revenue targets and planning decisions
  • Partner with Planning to align inventory supply and demand and proactively flag risks and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and DC teams to ensure timely, compliant shipments aligned with customer guides and requirements

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:

True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.   • Performs setups and adjustments of machinery for assembling metal chain parts
  • Interprets job specifications and reads blueprints.
  • Inspects products to verify conformance utilizing various measuring devices.
  • Assembles parts to product specifications per print.
  • Maintains record keeping for jobs and inventory.
  • Coordinates with others to achieve maximum throughput and meet department and company goals.
  • Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety regulations.
  • Operates material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, cranes and hoists.
  • Uses good judgment and works in a safe responsible manner. Other tasks/functions as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • 1 - 2 years manufacturing related experience.
  • Ability to input to and retrieve from computer based software programs.
  • Able to perform moderately active work typical of a manufacturing plant environment. Examples include pushing, pulling, lifting, standing, bending, twisting.

  • Ensures on-time delivery to all internal and external customers. 
  • Communicates monthly production requirements and Coordinates production activities with supporting departments, engineering, procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and ulitization of resources, machines and equipement. 
  • Develops and implements strategies designed to correct operational problems and improve production throughput. 
  • Develop long range production plan and capital improvements. 
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department and collaborates with other manufacturing managers and leadership to set and assess priorities across teams.
  • Has the responsibility of establishing daily/weekly/monthly schedules and is responsible for ensuring timelines are achieved and communicated accordingly.

  • Establishes environment of Continuous Improvement to eliminate problems and reduce costs. Training, teamwork, and communication are keys.
  • Ensures compliance and consistency with all factory rules, regulations, and collective bargaining agreement. Supports system of progressive discipline and develops consistency among supervisory ranks. Works to develop a progressive approach to union related issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strong leadership skills.
