You will...

• Oversee product quality and food safety in a mass production kitchen
• Ensure the execution of new recipes, training and oversight of kitchen staff to implement new recipes as well as part improve existing recipes.
• Develop and implement process controls in a kitchen environment
• Validate consistent, premium taste, appearance and performance of every meal leaving our high-volume kitchen
• Train and lead other members of the team throughout the various parts of production including pre-op, cooking, assembly, cooling, etc.
• Implement and adhere to gold standards of food quality and food safety
• Leverage hands on knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, SQF, and USDA regulations
• Continuously improve product quality and process steps with support of Corporate Executive chef and R&D chefs
• Address and eliminate product quality issues/customer complaints arising from problems originating with production of meals.

As the Principal Packaging Engineer, you will serve as the enterprise-wide technical expert and strategic lead in FDA regulated packaging. The position leverage deep knowledge in packaging including but not limited to design, test methods, standards, and industry insights to create and deliver a pipeline of breakthrough innovations and overall organizational improvement.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, and lead with accountability projects from concept to commercialization. A proactive approach in identifying opportunity areas and a strong drive for results and overall organizational improvement is essential.

This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Principal Engineer must take responsibility for technical mentorship and coaching, fostering technical growth and knowledge of junior engineers while strengthening the team’s technical capabilities. In California, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $80,000 - $130,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.

Position Summary:

We are seeking Clinical Social Worker III's (LCSW) to work within our VIDA Guidance Center Location in the Bronx. As the LCSW, you will utilize evidence-based approaches to provide clinical therapy to children, adults, and families.

This position is hybrid with 4 onsite and 1 remote day. Monday through Friday, 35 hour regular schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, behavioral health, or similar setting required.

Key Duties:

• Provides bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments.
• Conducts individual psychotherapy and counseling services to children and/or adults and families.
• Maintains skills and knowledge in clinical theory and practice to help patients overcome dependencies, adjust to life, and making changes.
• Provides counseling to family members to assist with understanding and supporting patients.
• Engages in crisis intervention when necessary and refers patients or family to community resources.
• Provides consultation to medical providers. Collaborates with physicians to develop and implement treatment and intervention programs.
• Participates in clinical team meetings.
