How you’ll make an impact in this roleProvide direct nursing care on an 80 bed Cardiac unit in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

The College of Computing was established in 1990 as the first such College at a public university and the second in the United States. About the Position
The Air District is currently accepting applications for the position of Hearing Board Member. This is an open recruitment for five (5) Hearing Board Member, volunteer position.
The Hearing Board is established by state law and consists of five members and their alternates - an attorney, a professional engineer, a member from the medical profession and two members of the public.
The Air District is currently recruiting for the following five (5) Hearing Board seats:
- Alternate member in the Medical category
- Principal member in the Professional Engineer category (Must have PE certification upon applying)
- Alternate member in the Professional Engineer category (Must have PE certification upon applying)
- Principle member in the Public category
- Alternate member in the Public category
These are volunteer positions. There is no salary. Members of the Hearing Board receive a stipend of $400 per meeting day, plus travel expenses, if applicable. Hearing Board members serve a term of three years and may be reappointed to a maximum of fifteen consecutive years. The Hearing Board can meet as often as 1-3 times a week depending on the volume of cases filed, usually on Tuesdays, at the Air District's office at 375 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. Members of the Hearing Board are expected to be in person for scheduled meetings.

- Investigate, evaluate and bring to timely resolution an inventory of low to moderately complex general liability claims of which some are litigated and may involve large property damage, bodily injury, inland marine and a sub-set of construction defect type claims in accordance with established claim handling standards and applicable state regulations and laws.
- Understand general liability coverage issues and can analyze and interpret commercial policy language in conjunction with specific facts of loss to reach appropriate coverage decisions and effectively communicate the company's coverage position verbally and in writing including reservation of rights and denial of coverage letters
- Compose a variety of other written communications to insureds, claimants, attorneys and agents in a professional and error-free manner.
- Understand and interpret construction contracts and apply risk transfer when appropriate.
- Evaluate and document damages to ensure accurate and timely reserves; immediately escalate to management cases with potential exposure above your authority.
- Negotiate effectively and in good faith to achieve fair and accurate claim settlements.
- Manage litigated claim files proactively from inception to closure, including collaboration with defense counsel to determine and execute an appropriate plan of action; bring litigated cases to resolution either by negotiated settlement or trial, as appropriate.
- Negotiate the duty to defend and indemnify with liable insurers when appropriate.

The attributes we seek
Keys to success in this position include an understanding of commercial lines products, policy language, exclusions, ISO forms, and effective claim handling practices, as well as a moderate level of knowledge and skill in claim handling and litigation management. Five (5) or more years of experience in adjusting commercial liability claims, with a proven record of increasing responsibility, appropriate claim outcomes and excellent customer service is required. College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent are needed. Southern Arizona Legal Aid, Inc. (SALA) provides free legal assistance to low-income people over 9 counties and 11 Indian Reservations in Southeastern Arizona. We are seeking to fill positions in our Casa Grande and Sacaton offices.
The attorney assigned to the Casa Grande office will make regular appearances in Pinal County Superior Court, the county's Justice Court precincts, and various administrative tribunals. Travel to meet with clients and appear at hearings across the county is required. Much of the work involves landlord/tenant, family, and consumer law. The attorney will participate in community outreach at locations throughout the county to increase public awareness of legal aid services. Casa Grande, located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, is a vibrant, multicultural city offering a family-oriented environment with easy access to urban amenities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

On behalf of our client (Georgia Department of Transportation), ResourceTek is accepting applications for a Project Manager (Aviation). Under minimum supervision, our client is seeking a self-starting experienced project manager who is customer oriented and driven to complete projects within budget, on time and with high standards implemented.
The PM is responsible for the direction, coordination, and management of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State aviation planning and capital projects. The PM will assist in the implementation and maintenance of an airport's Capital Improvement Program and will provide administrative support during project execution, including construction plans and specification reviews, correspondence, contracts, reports, and procedures. Attendance may be required at certain project meetings. Inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with federal and state aviation regulations and construction safety will be required. The PM will develop relationships with airport sponsors, consultants, state and federal agencies. In addition, further responsibilities include compliance with objectives contained within a Statewide Aviation System Plan, the federal block grant program and airport improvement program, individual Airport Master Plans, environmental laws, federal land acquisition, grant assurance requirements, state licensing, and airspace matters.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, construction management, airport management or a related field OR five (5) years of experience in construction/project management or as a consultant for aviation development OR five (5) years of airport/aviation experience with at least two (2) years of experience in airport project management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience directly managing and mentoring employees. Collaborative team player with strong leadership, project and people management skills.
