Responsibilities include:
1. Site Walkthroughs / Inspections:
- Travel to different job sites to conduct regular inspections, assessing and maintaining cleaning quality standards.
- Report and/or address customer complaints promptly.
2. Inventory & Equipment Checks:
- Perform inventory checks at site accounts and the warehouse to ensure adequate supplies are available, informing Field Supervisor of low stock.
- Assist with delivery of supplies to designated job sites.
- Regularly check and maintain all cleaning equipment, reporting missing or broken equipment to the Field Supervisor.
3. Account Coverage:
- Maintain assigned cleaning accounts.
- Fill in and provide support for other cleaning accounts as needed.
4. Laundry:
- Regularly visit the laundromat to wash and maintain cleaning cloths and uniforms.
5. Supervisor Support:
- Ensure all cleaning staff wear the proper uniform when on-site.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of the cleaning staff.
- Support the training of new and existing cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures, emphasizing best practices, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.

- As needed coordinate and provide directions to contract personnel performing validation activities
- Support the development and execution of FATs, SATs, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, and other relevant life cycle documents leveraged to support validation effort
- Support the development and update of validation master plans, validation project plans, SOPs, risk assessments, user requirements, cleaning assessments, technical assessment reports
- Support cleaning and sterilization (including CIP/SIP, manual cleaning, steam sterilization) development activities
- Support periodic requalification and revalidation effort
- Work independently and directly interface with personnel from multiple departments including Technical Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Manufacturing Support, MAC, QC, and QA

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline, advanced degree is a plus

Schedule and other stuff to know?
- Our office is based in Brecksville, OH; Pool Cleaning Technicians are assigned a route of commercial swimming pools to be assigned cleaning responsibilities.
- Customers hire us because they trust us to keep their pools and maintained for their swimmers 7 days a week.
- Our Pool Cleaning Technicians can work 5 -7 days a week averaging between 35-45 hours. If selected for an interview, scheduling preferences will be discussed.

- Frequent stair climbing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, carrying, walking and standing for entire length of shift
- Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing, washing duties
- Occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
- Working conditions include being regularly exposed to fumes, chemicals, and noise levels that may be moderate to loud

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to join our operations team. This role is hands-on and focused on cleaning, preparing, and packaging luxury handbags for sale and shipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with feedback, and understands that small details matter when handling high-value products.
Responsibilities- Clean and restore pre-owned luxury handbags to company standards
- Inspect bags for quality and presentation before listing or shipment
- Package handbags carefully and consistently for customers
- Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing orders
- Use basic digital tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, web browsers)
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times
- Track and manage your own task lists to ensure daily and weekly work is completed accurately and on time
- Help train and onboard new handbag cleaning and fulfillment specialists as the team grows
- Follow documented processes and incorporate feedback quickly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
- Timely, dependable, and consistent attendance
- Willing to work in the office five days per week; occasional weekends may be required
- Comfortable working on a computer (Google Docs, Google Sheets, printing labels)
- Ability to handle luxury products carefully and responsibly
- Flexible mindset — this is a small business, and wearing multiple hats is sometimes required
- Willingness to collaborate and jump in where needed to help the team succeed
- Experience with product cleaning, leather restoration, general restoration, or fulfillment
- Experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or luxury goods
- Full-time, stable schedule (40 hours/week)
