As a Director Design, Development, and Sourcing Fish & Hunt Hard Goods & Gear, you play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of our most innovative and technologically advanced fly fishing and hunting hard goods — work grounded by deep, first-hand angling experience, field knowledge, and real-world testing, not just concept or CAD. You are responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on innovation, quality, and market trends within the fishing tackle and hunting industry. This role combines technical expertise in materials and engineering with creative direction and team management. You will be a key leader on the Product Team, comprised of 2 direct reports as well as the lead designer of all reels, waders, and wading boots. - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan for new product design and development that aligns to deliver the Assortment Strategy, thus ensuring alignment with market and customer needs as well as company and financials goals, specifically target retail, AUC and IMU across all Fish/Hunt Hard Goods products.
- Design Inspiration – Lead the Hardgoods / Innovation Design Kickoff, the Design “blank canvas” to push the Orvis brand forward and ensure that we are leaders in innovation.

- People Management - Coach the team by providing consistent and candid feedback to ensure great partnership and collaboration with cross functional partners. Guide team to have effective communication and influence decision making. Hold the team accountable for milestone preparation and on-time delivery of product.Inspire the team to make decisions in milestones to reduce swirl and to keep all key partners up to date.

The Pequest Natural Resource Education Center is funded partially through the Aquatic Education Federal Grant. This federal grant requires aquatic and angler education programs to be offered to New Jersey residents.
Specific to the Position
This position delivers the education programs at the Pequest Natural Resource Education Center, including teaching freshwater fishing classes, hatchery tours, guided hikes, and various freshwater ecology tours. The applicant will need to work with volunteers, and assist in equipment maintenance, and exhibit hall maintenance as needed.
Preferred Skilled Set
The applicant will be knowledgeable in freshwater fishing techniques, knowledge of fishing equipment and tackle, teaching experience, and familiar with New Jersey Fish & Wildlife regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Patching / SCCM Administrator will provide Tier III IT operations support across the Office of Information Management (OIM) and SC mission systems, with a focus on endpoint management, patching, and compliance. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and related patching infrastructure, ensuring timely updates, secure baselines, and compliance with DOE directives and federal IT standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows desktop/server patching, automation, and reporting, while supporting hybrid environments and evolving enterprise service delivery models.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and deploy Windows OS and application patches across servers and endpoints in accordance with OIM policy.
- Validate patch compliance against secure configuration baselines and DOE directives.
- Perform pre- and post-patch testing, documenting results and mitigating issues.
- Maintain patch deployment records, including maintenance logs, validation history, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities identified through patching gaps.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), including collections, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.
- Support Microsoft Intune for mobile device and modern endpoint management.

Minimum Qualifications:
