About the Role



The Product Support Technician provides customer-facing technical support and parts support for MCI-manufactured products, with a primary focus on the Flowtronex division’s water pumping and purification equipment. This role supports customers, distributors, service centers, and field service technicians by troubleshooting equipment issues, preparing quotations, processing parts-related requests, and helping administer warranty claims. The position also serves as an important link between the field and internal teams by communicating product feedback to engineering and management to support continuous improvement.

  • Provide phone and email support to customers, service centers, distributors, field service technicians, and internal employees regarding service, parts, and equipment operating in the field.

Role Description

Desert Archaeology, Inc. is seeking a Tucson-based, solutions-oriented Office Manager to assist with the effective coordination of projects and operations in our Tucson, Tempe (Phoenix area), and Prescott offices.


The Office Manager is an essential part of the administrative and management team with coordination and implementation roles that support company projects. The Office Manager directly manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor accounts, payroll, the company’s fleet of vehicles, and facilities for Desert Archaeology’s three permanent work locations. The position also manages the day-to-day human resources tasks and advises Management on regulations and training. The Office Manager directly supervises the Administrative Assistant and works with other employees to accomplish required duties. This position supports company operations, helping to manage project and budget entry and invoicing, and other assigned tasks. Additionally, the Office Manager often handles making travel arrangements and renting equipment in support of field projects. Clerical and front office tasks are shared with the Administrative Assistant. A core component of the Office Manager job is coordinating tasks with employees throughout the company and problem solving.



Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

·       Enter and manage data in Desert Archaeology’s customized accounting system

·       Process, mail, and track invoices and payments

·       Record and deliver deposits, process and track credit card payments

·       Provide information as requested to auditors (DES, insurance, etc.)

·       Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

·       Maintain bookkeeping and other organizational files

The Role

This is not a demo-only role.

You'll sit at the intersection of sales, delivery, and strategy—owning how Salesforce solutions are shaped, positioned, and scoped during the sales cycle.

You'll partner closely with sales and delivery teams to lead discovery, design solutions, and build trust with clients—ensuring we win work that we can deliver successfully.


What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs, challenges, and goals
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Translate business requirements into clear solution approaches and architectures
  • Support deal strategy, scoping, and solution positioning alongside sales
  • Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
  • Ensure alignment between presales commitments and delivery capabilities
  • Contribute to reusable assets, playbooks, and solution frameworks


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience in consulting, solutioning, or presales
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture
  • Experience designing end-to-end solutions (not just features)
  • Ability to lead discovery and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a Salesforce partner or consulting environment
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)
  • Multi-cloud implementation experience
  • Familiarity with integrations and enterprise architecture
  • Experience working with nearshore or distributed delivery teams

Overview

Perform service and repairs on Caterpillar and other types of heavy equipment.



Basic Duties

  • Trouble-shoot and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical and all other systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner to find diagnostic errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors.
  • Complete service reports in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of three years' experience required.
  • Must have engine, electrical & hydraulic diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair skills.
  • Computer literate. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment in the shop.
  • Must be a self-starter with good time management

Basic Duties

  • Inspect, wash and prepare for shop all equipment returning from rentals.
  • Must take pride in store and yard appearance, maintaining a neatly organized and safe work area.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading trucks.
  • Will assist in scanning of all rental equipment during delivery and return processes as well as maintaining associated paperwork.
  • Will assist in biweekly inventory scanning.
  • Inspect returned equipment for damage during the rental period and complete proper documentation.
