RNGD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large, complex infrastructure projects or multiple midβsized projects simultaneously. This role serves as the companyβs primary management representative responsible for cost control, schedule execution, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
The Senior Project Manager will work closely with field leadership, preconstruction, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with RNGD standards and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide active management of one large infrastructure project or multiple midβsized projects
- Maintain full responsibility for cost management, forecasting, and gross profit targets
- Plan and allocate staff resources in coordination with Superintendents and field leadership
- Direct and support Superintendents in executing scope of work to RNGD standards
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and document control
- Coordinate estimate reviews and bid strategy with Preconstruction/Estimating teams
- Support pipeline health and future revenue goals through proactive preconstruction involvement
- Develop, mentor, and evaluate Project Engineers and other assigned team members
- Ensure adherence to project and company KPIs related to safety, quality, schedule, process, and client satisfaction
- Serve as a key point of contact for owners, clients, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field strongly preferred
- 5β10 years of Project Management experience in infrastructure construction or related heavy civil experience: Water, sewer, storm drainage, Utility construction, Mass grading, soil stabilization, or soil importing
- Strong cost and schedule management capability
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Role: General Superintendent β Heavy Civil
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Immediate Need
Compensation: $150,000 β $175,000 + Relocation Assistance
We are partnering with a well-established self-performing heavy civil contractor that is looking to bring on a General Superintendent to lead field operations across active and upcoming projects in the Tulsa market and projects throughout Oklahoma and Texas.
This is a senior field leadership role for someone who knows how to run work, lead superintendents, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple heavy civil projects
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountable project superintendents and field leadership
- Drive project schedules, productivity, safety, and quality
- Coordinate with project management to ensure alignment on manpower, equipment, and sequencing
- Serve as the senior field voice on grading, sitework, and wet utility scopes
- Proactively identify and solve field issues before they impact schedule or cost
Ideal Background
- 5β10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong background in grading, sitework, and/or wet utilities
- Experience working for a self-performing contractor
- Proven ability to lead crews and superintendents across multiple jobs
- Strong understanding of safety, production planning, and field execution
- Willingness to relocate to Tulsa, OK (relocation assistance provided)
