Summary
This role is responsible for managing and creating all shopping cart price rules within the Magento platform to drive sales and customer engagement. The specialist will use the Magento admin panel to define and implement promotional strategies, ensuring that rules are correctly configured and effective.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage cart price rules: Design, build, and maintain shopping cart rules in the Magento admin panel to support various marketing campaigns and promotional goals.
• Define rule conditions: Set up specific conditions for rules to trigger, such as a minimum subtotal, a certain number of items, a specific product or category, customer group, or shipping method.
• Implement discount actions: Configure the type of discount to be applied, including percentage off, a fixed amount discount, or free shipping. For "Buy X, Get Y" promotions, set up the quantity conditions and the free item quantity.
• Configure rule settings: Manage rule information including rule names, descriptions, start and end dates, and coupon codes. Set limits on how many times a rule can be used. troubleshooting customer complaints on discounts not applied on the sales orders. Coupon code generations
• Apply rules to specific websites and customer groups: Ensure rules are correctly assigned to the appropriate websites and customer segments.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
- Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk working as In-Store Grocery Shopper is responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
- In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for customers' on-line orders.
- Online Grocery Pick-Up team is responsible for assembling customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up.
- In-Store Grocery Shopper will scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
- E-Commerce team including Online Grocery Pick-Up associate communicates any substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at time of pick-up.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.

Position SummaryThis role is responsible for operating cash register and electronic scanner to itemize and total customers' purchases, receive payment, and assist in bagging purchases for customers while displaying courteous customer service.

Position Summary
As the Senior Analyst of Planning & Business Analytics reporting into the Lead Director, Coupon Planning & Capabilities you will own the expense and funding portfolio management and utilize your analytic and problem-solving skills to develop and report on various financial models.
You will impact our business in the following ways:
- Synthesizes weekly and monthly sales, margin and markdown impact projections, actuals vs. planned on core KPIs as part of monthly leadership business review.
- Assist with the development and reporting of business cases to support price/promo/coupon initiatives, innovations, and capability development. This includes developing, evaluating assumptions, creating, and modeling alternative financial scenarios, and appropriately including business case elements in multi-year planning exercises.
- Understand, track, report progress against budget, forecast, capability development and implementation plans scheduled to drive budgeted business growth including key milestones, deliverables, customer, trip, sales & margin, capital, and expense impacts.
- Oversee the reviewing of monthly accruals, invoice reconciliation along with their supported documentation prior to posting journal entries in SAP and prepare the monthly operational expenditure reports.
- Support consolidation of Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness annual operating plan and annual strategic plan preparation including socialization and formal business reviews with leadership.
Required Qualifications

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
Walking
For short distances for short durations
Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the
customer's location.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand
truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies.
A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls,
perform maintenance.
During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Hand Tasks
Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
