JOB SUMMARY
As a Switch Product Manager, you will lead the development of technology products aimed at enhancing the capabilities of pharmacists, health care professionals, and patients in delivering high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the pharmacy and healthcare landscapes. - Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product adheres to relevant healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager with a direct knowledge of Claims processing/adjudication and understanding of NCPDP Standards or a similar role in healthcare technology or related industries.
- Strong background in the Pharmacy industry with direct knowledge of how Patient Assistance, Vouchers and other pre and post edits work within the Pharmacy claims processing market.
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools.
- History of experience in technical design requirements along with business skills to communicate with leadership on strategy and product direction as well as communicate directly with engineers on detailed requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.
- Assists customers by: (examples include) escorting them to the products they're looking for, securing products that are out of reach, loading or unloading heavy items, making note of and passing along customer suggestions or requests, performing other tasks in every way possible to enhance the shopping experience.
- Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call.

- Operates cash register accurately and scans product, and reports improper cash levels in cash drawer.
- Redeems promotional coupons, food stamps, receives cash, checks, completes credit-card charge transactions, in-store charges and figures discounts, as well as counts back change and issues receipts.
- Places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers.
- Assists with inventory of the department.
- Receives and checks in delivered merchandise and places in appropriate storage area. Fills displays and stocks shelves.
- Ensures proper maintenance of lot; shovels sidewalk of snow, spreads ice melt on ice, hoses down lot.
- Fills outside towel holders, and replenishes or refreshes window washer fluid.
- Removes trash inside and out in a timely manner.
- Checks in product, puts product away, and may review invoices.
- Understands and practices proper sanitation procedures and ensures the work area is always clean and neat.
- Cleans but not limited to registers, restrooms, break room; backroom, sweeps and mops the floor, and tends to supply needs.
- Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
- Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

- Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty.

- Assists team members by greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling orders, and checking for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
- Completes daily food preparations including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products.

- Completes daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork with accuracy.
- Controls inventory by using weekly inventory systems and maintains regular inventory ordering schedules.
- Conducts weekly manager meetings.
