What You’ll Do:

Lead an iterative design problem solving process that considers existing and emerging technologies, then creatively applies them to address current and projected customer needs. Create visions for the future that define key customer value propositions, required vehicle attributes, hardware and software features, technical requirements, and customer experience outcomes. Envision advanced UX concepts and visual directions that shape future in‑vehicle experiences, supported by storyboards, narrative flows, and clear visual storytelling. Produce and guide others in the creation of high‑quality concept visuals—including 2D illustrations, UI explorations, and simple 3D models or animations that bring future‑state interactions to life. Deliver finished design assets such as layouts, sketches, motion graphics, and user journeys that are ready for collaboration, customer research or handoff. Collaborate and present effectively with cross‑functional teams (design, research, engineering, product, suppliers) while bringing forward fresh foresight from UX, mobility, AI, and technology trends to influence future product and service decisions.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 2D sketching/rendering, 3D conceptual modeling, animation, and presentation visualization
- 5+ years of professional experience in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, UX Design, Human Interface Design, or related fields.

Responsibilities
In your role as Part 135 Line Pilot, you will operate with the highest regard for safety, compliance, and customer service. As the Pilot in Command, you will be responsible to monitor the loading of cargo and ensure a comprehensive preflight and weight & balance is accomplished before each flight.

Primary Purpose of Position
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for the direction, assignment, and coordination of Turbine Floor Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Enforce at all times procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.
- Participate in various aspects of work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings involving online and refuel outage activities, to ensure that work is properly assigned, planned and ready to execute.
- Effectively communicate and address CEC and personnel issues to the appropriate levels of Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management. Foster open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to OS&A.
- Oversee project activities of multidisciplinary team regarding turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, coordination of turbine deck lay-down, mobilization of equipment and tooling as well as interfacing with management and specific contract personnel. Satisfy contractual obligations, meet project milestones, and optimize short-term and long-term company profit by effectively managing and facilitating resources.
- Understand, support, and administer all OS&A processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to ensure effective work practices. Identify and support improvement opportunities and development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all Business Goals and objectives.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manages and performs regional service center activities, including maintaining regional inventory and work order management systems, coordinating transportation logistics of large maintenance activities, supporting regional management site teams in daily tasks, and maintaining the regional inventory counts with execution of field maintenance activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Is responsible for maintaining, ordering, transporting, specifying spare parts, and planning logistics for the regional inventory management system.
- Coordinates action items regarding anything required for outage planning, critical inventory, and notification activities through the BSC supply.
- Manages service center activities, contractors, and staff.

- Assists in managing land owner relations for the serviceable region.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years professional experience in the Power industry OR
- Associates Degree with 5+ years experience in the Power industry OR
- H.S. Diploma with 10+ years experience in the Power industry
- Familiar with order management system tools such as Maximo, Passport, Maintenance Connection, SAP, etc.

The Opportunity

- Monitor operational and quality metrics, implementing Vituity initiatives and operations to continually improve performance.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes, leveraging technology, best practices to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Introduce new partners to key Vituity departments.
- Interact with RD on a weekly basis, responding to e-mails and calls in a timely manner, and attending meetings directed by RD.
- Provide a warm handoff to the incoming MD after start-up.
- Develop, foster, and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members, assuring a strong and positive relationship with partners and medical staff.
- Ensure practice is appropriately represented and demonstrates their value through leadership roles (as applicable), representing Vituity and developing relationships in their region.
- Monitor site financial performance and develop and understanding of the yearly budget, financial performance measures and monitoring systems, billing and reimbursement issues / systems.
- Improve billing practice statistics to optimize reimbursement for the practice.
- Maintain awareness and interactions with payers such as significant IPA’s, Medical Groups, Foundations, ACO’s associated with the hospital / health system.
- Execute efficient recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new providers, ensuring the practice is staffed with highly qualified professionals.
- Provide learning and development opportunities and mentoring to providers and staff to enhance their clinical acumen, leadership skills, and overall professional growth.
- Evaluate the performance of physicians and Advanced Providers in compliance with Vituity policies and guidelines.
- Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
- Help identify and mentor the permanent Medical Director for the site.
- Utilize schedule templates to create start-up schedules. Assist future MD in liaising with Shift Admin team.
- Ensure initial pay rates are entered in Shift Admin prior to the first payroll run.
- Collaborate with Vituity and Site support teams to ensure timely email access, password issues, and EMR education setup.
- Be available to be on site as needed and as requested.
- Support co-designing, building, and executing strategies, policies, and practices that cultivate equity, inclusion, and fair opportunity for all as directed.
- Facilitate integration of practice lines in startups and existing contract sites, as directed.
- Model Vituity’s Partnership Principles through fostering open communication and transparency of decisions (ex. Annual review of administrative stipends and scheduling preferences).
Required Experience and Competencies
- Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program with specialty appropriate to PL serving required.
- Maintain membership and privileges on Hospital’s medical staff and comply with and abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations, and the policies and procedures of Hospital’s medical staff where services are being provided required.
- Superior clinical skills to serve as a role model by setting high standards required.
- Operations administrative experience and aptitude is helpful to create a bridge between hospital administration and physicians, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills required.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
- Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
- Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.

- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
