GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations. Leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met. What will you do?
- Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding available products and services
- Assist with daily operational procedures including setup, opening, and closing duties; organize inventory and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Take and fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately, including scooping ice cream and preparing menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift
- Accurately record all transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system including handling credit cards and providing correct change to guests as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical requirements
