Branded Native is a performance-focused creator ad network helping brands test and scale YouTube and podcast partnerships across multiple industries including CPG, B2B, subscription-based products, and D2C products. We sit at the intersection of data-driven performance marketing and authentic creator storytelling.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the backbone of our campaign execution. This is an ideal role for someone with 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally with YouTube, who understands the difference between growth marketing and brand marketing across the influencer funnel.
You're a savvy negotiator, assertive communicator, and detail-oriented project manager who can bring campaigns to life from brief to go-live. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously, and are energized by building strong relationships.
You'll be the key touchpoint between our brand partners and creator network — owning dashboards, contracts, timelines, approvals, and performance tracking — while ensuring each integration delivers measurable ROI and premium placement.
What We're Looking For
• Based in NYC with the ability to work in our Flatiron office 3 days per week
• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally with YouTube creators
• Existing relationships with influencers, agents, and management companies
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
• Confident negotiator with strong relationship-building instincts
• Well-versed in the creator economy
• A proactive collaborator who thrives both independently and alongside cross-functional teams, and who welcomes feedback as a tool for growth
Core Responsibilities
• Own full campaign setup and execution from creator sourcing to final reporting
• Interpret client briefs and conduct independent research to deeply understand brand goals, product nuances, and target customers
• Negotiate competitive rates with creators, building strategic campaigns aligned with performance goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and management companies
• Maintain detailed performance trackers covering live dates, live links, weekly view counts, and CPMs
• Keep a pulse on how each placement contributes to broader brand objectives
• Ensure integrations meet agreed-upon standards for placement, presentation, and scripting
• Serve as the primary bridge between creators and clients, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and a seamless experience on both sides of the partnership
