A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Purchase & Sale Attorney with 2+ years of transactional experience to join its New York City office. This opportunity offers hands-on involvement in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial real estate transactions

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on transaction strategy
