Job Summary
The Electrical Integrator L2 will provide technical support to program managers, project directors, task leads, and senior-level Electrical Integrators. The Electrical Integrator L2 will help with mid-level troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical cables, circuits, and assemblies.
This position will interact on a consistent basis with: faculty and staff project/task leaders, technical leads, contractors, and vendors

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Support program managers, project directors, and task leads with mid-level electrical assembly work such as cable assembly fabrication, and electrical chassis fabrication and assembly

Help with mid-level testing and troubleshooting of circuits and systems

Provide intermediate levels of maintenance and repair of printed circuit boards and printed circuit board assemblies

POSITION SUMMARY: Controls Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining equipment used to monitor and control systems, equipment and processes. They work in various industries including building management systems, power system automation and protection systems. Controls engineers are technical experts in areas such as advanced process control, instrumentation, distributed control systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems. Specific areas of expertise for this position include power chain monitoring and control systems in Data Centers and /or mission critical environments. Experience in Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) and field device configuration such as gateways, PLC, Meters, Relays, and SCADA/HMI software. What You Will Do:

Work Environment
Navy Physicians work in a variety of settings, including military medical facilities, ships, and field hospitals, both domestically and internationally. As a Navy Physician, you can work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD; Portsmouth, VA; and San Diego, CA. You might even provide medical support to deployed troops aboard one of two dedicated hospital ships-the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Still more opportunities are available aboard a surface ship, working closely with a nearby aircraft squadron, or with the Fleet Marine Force. Reserve Physicians primarily drill one weekend a month at a location near their home.
Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from medical school, those pursuing a Physician position are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers. Here they learn about the military structure of the U.S. Navy, its rich history of traditions and customs, leadership development and military etiquette.
Once that training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Navy Physician at your first assignment.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience. Additional qualifications include:

US Navy Reserve Medicine
Serving part-time as a Reservist, your duties will be conducted during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Physicians in the Reserve typically drill at a location close to their homes. This gives the flexibility to expand your medical experiences in the Navy without compromising your civilian practice at home.
Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent.
Furthermore, serving as a Reservist physician allows for unique and exciting experiences beyond patient care. Career-long learning in areas within and beyond medicine is both the goal and expectation. You will have the opportunity to shape policy, teach, lead and mentor young men and women, and, if you choose to do so, potentially fly with aviators, sail on ships, dive with the submariners, and/or serve alongside Marines and special operators.
Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians serve essential roles as critical wartime specialists in the military healthcare system. These efforts have contributed to unprecedented survival rates in the recent Afghanistan and Persian Gulf conflicts. The Account Executive will build and manage strategic relationships with customers and partners across the MUD, MUSH and fleet segments in order to generate, manage and contract a pipeline of EV charging (EVC) projects. Operating as a subject matter expert for EV charging infrastructure product design, installation, incentives, and provisioning/commissioning, you will manage relationships with existing EVC accounts while also building your own pipeline. In this role you will be creating and delivering technical presentations and financial proposals in support of PowerFlex's EVC program. You will communicate across a variety of customer levels, from C-suite clients to construction managers to legal and procurement departments. This position will be the face and voice of PowerFlex's EV charging solutions, articulating and quantifying the benefits to property owners & managers, and corporate executives of mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. Serving as a primary EV charging sales and business relationship manager, this role will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, maintaining accounts, and creating long-term account growth plans for customers throughout the US. The Account Executive will sit within the EVC team at PowerFlex.

This role is open to be a hybrid role out of one of our offices (Mountain View, CA,San Diego, CA orNew York, NY.) or a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Originate new MUSH, MUD and fleet accounts and EV charging opportunities through (but not limited to) cold calling, email campaigns, networking and participating in trade shows and conferences
- Identify new sales verticals, strategies, and lead sources to grow a pipeline with repeat customers
- Develop new and existing relationships with corporate executives, energy/facility/property managers and owners
- Take full ownership of your customer's success by ensuring high-touch client servicing and problem solving as their EV charging subject matter expert
- Regularly prepare and lead compelling virtual and in-person client presentations
- Guide EV charging customers on the value of adding onsite solar and storage (with the help of PowerFlex subject matter experts)
- Skillfully manage a pipeline of nurture and working opportunities to meet and exceed individual volume and revenue targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Technologies, Engineering, Execution and Asset Management
- Immerse yourself in the EV charging space by tracking market changes, technology/OEMs, incentive programs, general EV trends and understanding the needs of EV drivers
- Develop a strong technical baseline through training and development milestones
Qualifications
Education/Experience

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $142,110 - $173,690 annually. The total compensation for this position will include commission. About the Role

But thatβs just a beginning in Santa Cruz and in Eugene-Springfield, and as we plot next communities to serve.
For this position, weβre seeking a spirited, top editor/news product innovator ready to work with great colleagues to take Lookout Santa Cruz specifically and Lookouts overall to next levels of journalism, community service and revenue generation. We understand the fast-evolving connections in that holy trinity, and believe that harnessing the latest tech/thinking (including mastering local AI application, on which weβve laid a great foundation already) is fundamental to our future. At this point, we focus on three key types of products: site, app and newsletter, and this leader, working with both our senior team and newsroom will build on those β and whatβs to come.
At our two Lookouts, now approaching 40 strong people in number, we pride ourselves on being both fiercely mission-driven and fiercely business-driven, and know that only those local news organizations (like our friends and cohorts in the Knight Growth Challenge Fund, with Texas Tribune now the eighth member after we joined as the seventh) will prosper in the now-faster changing ways all of us find and consume news. Ideally, weβd like the candidate to be located and (relocatable) to the Bay Area, if not Santa Cruz itself, able to join us in person at least a couple of days a week. 2) Leading, along with colleagues, Lookoutβs expansion efforts to other cities. Patterned on Lookoutβs highly successful fundraising, planning, hiring and deployment for Lookout Eugene-Springfield, strategizes next markets.
3) Serving as a prominent public face, with publisher-like interaction, in the wider Santa Cruz County community and nationally. Become a familiar face in civic and business circles, a company presence that augments what our correspondents, ad salespeople and community engagement people do. Include creating useful community partnerships, talks to civic groups, moderation of events, 1:1 lunches with elected, business and non-profit leaders. Works with the managing editor and community and student engagement manager on a scheduled, steady, and strategic, stream of Lookout Listens and issue-oriented forums. Nationally, becomes another key spokesperson for Lookoutβs success and expansion strategy.
4) Leads, with managing editor, next plans for development and training in the newsroom, creating a development program for journalists, individually, and collectively, setting up a steady cadence of learning/training programs. The executive editor role requires a demonstrated, collegial leader, with substantial newsroom management, well-tested digital and audience experience, and one who excels in building further on both a set of products and a culture of excellence and collaboration. Position Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant (EA), C Suite & Office Operations Manager provides high level executive support to multiple C Suite leaders while overseeing the daily operations of AdaptHealthβs NYC Executive Office. This role blends advanced administrative leadership with operational management, ensuring the executive workplace functions efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with organizational priorities. The EA serves as a central coordination point for executive needs, office logistics, vendor relationships, and cross functional communication. Operating in a fast paced, high visibility environment, this position requires exceptional judgment, proactive problem solving, and the ability to manage complex priorities with discretion. This role is fully in person in the NYC Executive Office and reports to the Senior Executive Assistant, CEO Office.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:Β
Executive Support
- Lead complex calendar and priority management across multiple C Suite executives, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and readiness for all commitments.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external inquiries, exercising exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment.
- Prepare, refine, and organize briefing documents, executive summaries, presentations, and strategic materials.
- Proactively anticipate needs, resolve scheduling challenges, and ensure executives are equipped with the necessary information and resources.
- Maintain organized executive files and workflows to support seamless operations.
Office Operations Management
- Oversee day to day operations of the NYC Executive Office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well supported workspace.Β
- Manage vendor relationshipsβincluding facilities, IT support, building management, catering, and office servicesβand ensure quality execution of service agreements.Β
- Maintain office supply inventory, oversee procurement, and manage budget-conscious purchasing decisions.Β
- Serve as the on site operational lead, coordinating timely solutions to office, facility, or workspace issues.Β
- Oversee logistics for onsite visitors, new hires, and traveling executives, ensuring workspace readiness and a positive guest experience.Β
- Support compliance with facility and security requirements, including access coordination and building protocols.
Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as a key liaison between C Suite executives, internal teams, board members, and external partners, ensuring accurate and timely communication of priorities.Β
- Draft and route correspondence, manage follow ups, and maintain alignment across executive stakeholders.Β
- Partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and broader EA team to ensure integrated and consistent support across the C Suite.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Coordinate leadership and cross functional meetings, including agenda creation, material preparation, minutes capture, and action item tracking.Β
- Organize and support NYC-based executive events, leadership sessions, and onsite programming.Β
- Assist with board meeting preparation, including materials, logistics, and scheduling.
Travel & Expense Management
- Arrange domestic and international travelβincluding flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itinerariesβfor multiple C Suite leaders.Β
- Ensure timely and compliant submission, reconciliation, and tracking of executive expenses.
Project Support
- Support special projects through research, data collection, analysis, and report preparation.Β
- Track milestones, deadlines, and project deliverables to ensure timely progress and follow through.Β
- Maintain adherence to regulatory and privacy requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and functions within the guidelines of HIPAA.
- Completes assigned compliance training and other education programs as required.
- Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Air District is recruiting for the confidential position of Temporary Executive Assistant I/II in the Executive Office. There is one (1) vacancy. Please note that this is a temporary confidential position expected to be 3-6 months in duration.
About the Division
The Executive Assistant in the Executive Office will be reporting to the Executive Operations Manager. This position will support the office by performing administrative work to facilitate Board and Committee meeting agenda packets, attend in-person meetings, provide administrative support to the Executive Office, while providing day to day support to a Deputy Executive Officer. Duties may include scheduling, travel arrangements, logistical preparation for upcoming meetings (i.e., internal, and external). Incumbent may perform other specialized work as assigned and is expected to use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Definition
Under direction, provides varied, complex and often confidential administrative assistance to the Executive Officer/Air Pollution Control Officer or Deputy Executive Officer; requires use of discretion, initiative and independent judgment; performs related work as assigned.
Distinguishing Characteristics
Executive Assistant I is the entry level class in this series. It is designed to allow an experienced executive assistant to learn the procedures and processes particular to the Air District's Executive Office and this confidential administrative class. This class is alternately staffed with the Executive Assistant II level and incumbents may progress to the higher level after gaining experience and demonstrating proficiency sufficient to meet the qualifications of the higher level.
Executive Assistant II is the journey level class in this series, fully competent to independently perform the full scope and diversity of responsibilities. Responsibilities include regular contact with governmental officials, the Air District Board of Directors, Hearing Board and Advisory Council, representatives of business or community organizations, the public, and all levels of Air District personnel to exchange information and explain administrative policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
Executive Assistant I: One year of administrative experience which has included providing office and administrative support to public sector management or corporate management, equivalent to the Air District class of Administrative Assistant.
Executive Assistant II: Three years of administrative experience which has included providing office and administrative support to public sector management or corporate management, equivalent to the Air District class of Administrative Assistant.
Substitution: Completion of the equivalent of 18 semester units from an accredited college or recognized business school in relevant subjects such as technical administrative skills, business English, or office administration may substitute for up to 6 months of the required experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience providing high level administrative support and customer service to C-suite executives, elected officials or government leaders.
- Professional judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive materials and confidential matters with integrity.
- Strong calendar management experience including scheduling complex meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Strong experience in business writing, editing and proofreading executive documents for accuracy and clarity with clear and professional communication.
- Experience coordinating logistics for internal and public meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Understanding of governmental processes and familiarity with the Brown Act.
