Job Summary:
Peckham’s paid Internship Program is designed to add practical, relevant experience to your field of study while welcoming you into our family by choice culture. As a Finance Intern, you will assist and support our Finance Team with essential projects, while gaining invaluable experience for your future career. Uncommon Schools seeks an accomplished, passionate Suzuki Strings Instructor to join our faculty. The position represents an exciting opportunity to join a growing program that is dedicated to developing excellence in musical talent throughout the K-12 education of our scholars. This position will be a string instructor for middle school scholars who have already played instruments for 2 years and should be able to teach small group lessons and ensemble classes, as well as prepare scholars for school performances, NYSSMA Solo Festivals and various auditions.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient playing up to and through Suzuki Book 3 on Violin, Viola and Cello
- Proficient playing up to and through Suzuki Book 1 on Double Bass
- Needs to be able to read in Treble, Alto and Bass Clefs
- Implement Suzuki method instruction and activities to meet music-specific academic standards
- Develop music literacy lesson components related to teaching rhythm and pitch notation, solfege reading and singing, improvisation and composition
- High-level collaboration with Enrichment teachers and Director of Operations to create and plan for multiple performances throughout the school year
- Design and implement assessments that measure progress towards academic standards

Compensation for this role is between $50,000 to $64,700.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant full-time teaching experience, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Candidates without full-time Teaching experience will likely have a starting salary of $50,000.

Through their efforts, the Certified Mobility Consultant significantly influences WMK Inc., operating as MobilityWork , in terms of expanding market presence, enhancing product offerings, increasing sales figures, and adapting to market dynamics.
Responsibilities: Completely know inventory status of in-stock and on-order vans, including targeted or over-age inventory in software system.
Treat all customers in an enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful manner.
Strive for complete customer satisfaction at all times.
Prepare and provide quotes for prospects in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
Complete all paperwork accurately and quickly, as defined by branch policies and procedures.
Comply with branch policy in all activities, including customer follow-up, customer referral, prospecting, hours, data entry, etc.
Understand selling and utilize the selling process, following the established sales systems.
Effectively sell all products and services, as required by the General Manager.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Drivers License Ability to plan, direct and control the activities of others.
Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
