SUMMARY:
The Paramedic is a frontline healthcare professionals who will provide emergency medical care in pre-hospital settings. They respond to calls from dispatch and assess patients, administer life-saving interventions, and transport patients to medical facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to emergency calls, assess patients' conditions, and determine appropriate medical interventions, coordinating with dispatch as necessary.

Provide advanced life support (ALS), including airway management, intravenous therapy, defibrillation, and drug administration.

Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of emergency vehicles and medical equipment.

Interpret oral, written and diagnostic form instructions, including calculating weight and volume ratios.
Lift and move patients, often in challenging environments, such as extreme terrain or temperatures.
Participate in continuous education to stay current with medical protocols and enhance skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements (Expanded):
Work in a variety of uncontrolled and potentially hazardous environments (indoor/outdoor, inclement weather, confined spaces).
Maintain physical readiness to assist in lifting/moving patients using stretchers (up to 250 lbs with partner assist), medical equipment, and gear.
Walk, kneel, crawl, and climb over uneven terrain or in emergency conditions.
Transport essential medical equipment (e.g., EKG monitor, ALS/med bags) without assistance.
Remain calm and focused in high-stress, emotionally charged situations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Current NYS Licensed Paramedic.
BLS required at hire, If not AHA, must obtain AHA BLS within 3 months of hire.
ACLS required at hire, If not AHA, must obtain AHA ACLS within 3 months of hire.
PALS required at hire, If not AHA, must obtain AHA PALS within 3 months of
hire
Valid Driver's license.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.
- Sets up and operates induction hardening equipment to properly harden and temper and harden our product.
- Possesses and applies knowledge of heat treating processes, temperatures, atmospheres, quenching, soaking times, carburizing cycles and equipment maintenance.
- Assists furnace operators in determining temperatures, times, atmospheres, quenching, carburizing cycles and general heat treat processing of unusual and infrequently run steels and irons.
- Knows types of steel as to the proper heat treat requirements.
- Operates all related equipment efficiently.
- Possesses and applies knowledge of heat treating of tool steels and of tool furnace operation as well equipment related to carbon potential, and furnace temperature checking.
- Ensures part conformance to quality/drawing specifications; able to use instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gages, scales and hardness testing machines/devices to ensure proper hardness and depth of parts.
- Carefully loads and unloads furnaces to avoid improper quenching and cooling of parts remaining in the furnace.
- Performs running maintenance.
- Removes parts from furnace by hand or mechanical means and deposits parts in containers.
- Posts work output results to appropriate records.
- Processes parts through required cleaning or peening operations.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Works well with others and communicates effectively.
- Works safely and keeps work are organized and clean

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.80
Purpose: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. In addition, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators; will support the Receiving Supervisor in managing the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.
Major Responsibilities- Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning in order to ship and receive products at the store in a productive and cost-efficient manner
- Direct the day-to day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
- Responsible for the warehouse as it pertains to Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products
- Responsible for maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and communicating all necessary repairs to CEM and/or Operations Manager. Ensure that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution functions
- Responsible for warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of all OSHA local and state regulations
- Ensure all associates are trained and following all standard operating procedures
- Responsible for the progressive disciplinary process in the area of counseling, oral and written warnings; ensures a productive labor climate in the warehouse operation
- Handle general employee inquiries and solves problems
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations
- Complete necessary Activity Reports for management
- Monitor the flow of paperwork from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist for timely data entry
- Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports
- Responsible for the execution of the Storage Buy Audit COP.
- Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
- Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
- Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
- Perform other related duties as directed by management
- 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment)
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines
- Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Major Responsibilities- Design and build store product displays per the department manager in each department.
- Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
- Work with the inventory control specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies.
Demonstrated experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools, use of measuring tools, and use of basic tools.
