Modifies and maintains CMMS data to support asset data analysis. Coordinates with Public Works program supervisors to efficiently and accurately enter data into the system. Collects and enters asset data into the CMMS and related databases from various sources including direct field investigation; documents such as as-built drawings, invoices, and O&M manuals.

Generates standard and ad-hoc reports using the standard report structure of the asset data system, and other end user reporting tools. Fulfills requests for reports and information; works with end users to understand business processes and report requirements for assigned projects.

Performs quality control checks of asset data to ensure the accuracy of all data within the system.

Provides input to the division supervisor on system needs, the performance of asset data software and hardware, and improvements to the asset data analysis system.

Provides in-house training programs and manuals for asset management, CMMS, GIS, and other relevant software applications.

Maintains professional networks and attends training sessions and conferences as necessary to advance skills and keep abreast of issues and practices in all areas of responsibility.

Researches and makes recommendations on Asset Management and CMMS needs; monitors the performance of asset data software and hardware and recommends improvements. Job Summary

The College of Sciences (CoS) and the College of Engineering (CoE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invite applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the field of solar-terrestrial science and/or space weather. Applicants will be considered at all ranks, though there is a particular focus on the Assistant and Associate ranks. Areas of interest include but are not limited to the Earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere, space weather forecasting and resilience. Applicants with research interests in any or all of sensors and observations from ground or satellite instruments, data analysis and data science, modeling and theoretical research, are all welcome to apply. The position will be supported by the National Science Foundation under the Faculty Development in geoSpace Science program. This unique faculty search is being pursued by a joint effort of two Colleges, enabling candidates across a broad range of backgrounds to apply. Job Summary

The Georgia Institute of Technologys School of Architecture invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at Associate or Full Professor in the School of Architecture in the area of Architecture and Design Computing. The successful candidate will: First, lead the development of research agendas in this area; second, serve as steward for the Eastman Fund to support doctoral students; and third, work with the School Chair and the Dean in order to reshape the mission of the Digital Building Lab (DBL).

The DBL was created by professor Chuck Eastman to address design computation, data standards and interoperability. Over the years it has housed studies in design and construction automation; project delivery systems; and smart buildings, infrastructure and environments, often working in conjunction with the Digital Fabrication Lab which provides a setting for design-build projects for the faculty and the students. The DBL has also fostered collaborations between the faculty of the School of Architecture, the School of Building Construction and the School of Industrial Design, as well as collaborations with the research labs of the faculty including the Shape Computation Lab (SCL) and the High Performance Buildings Lab. Under professor Chuck Eastman, funding came from both successful research applications and from industry memberships. The partnerships with industry fostered and sustained a link between academic research and advances in practice as well as in research internal to major architecture firms. Now is the time to redefine and revitalize the vision and the mission of the lab, taking into account current developments in artificial intelligence, data-based design decisions, and advanced digital modeling of buildings and their performance.



Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the successful candidate include securing and conducting funded research, stewarding the future identity and growth of DBL, mentoring early career researchers, advising PhD students, leading the development of forward-looking curricula for the MS Arch and PhD programs, and teaching advanced graduate courses in candidate's area of expertise.



Required Qualifications

Candidate must have a terminal professional degree in Architecture or an allied discipline.



Preferred Qualifications

A strong record of publications on architectural and design computation and/or the development of digital technologies applicable to building design and construction; and a strong track record of sponsored research, industry collaboration, and teaching. A Doctoral Degree is preferred. An interest and ability to relate research to studio teaching is welcome but studio teaching is not a requirement for this position.

About the position:

The position requires a general, broad-scope Pediatrician, that will care for children of all ages (Birth to 18) and perform office-based procedures. The provider will partner with our CMO, COO, and Medical Services Manager to develop and achieve a robust pediatric practice across our growing organization that has an established reputation for delivering high quality, culturally sensitive patient care. Job Summary

The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology & Emory University invites applications from exceptional senior candidates working in the area of Neuroengineering, broadly defined. The successful candidate will be named the Georgia Research Alliance (GRA) Eminent Scholar in Neuroengineering, an endowed position specific to the Georgia Tech campus. GRA eminent scholars are expected to engage in or contribute to translational and/or economic development efforts in their field. Applicants should have earned a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Appointment is expected at the rank of full professor with tenure.

The department seeks a visionary scholar-educator and proven leader in high impact and emerging areas of importance to human health and biomedicine. We are specifically interested in the areas of neuroengineering and neuroscience, particularly developing and using approaches in machine learning and AI, with neurotranslational potential. Along with excellent scholarship, candidates are expected to have demonstrated strong leadership in building and leading extramurally funded research programs, noteworthy dedication to innovative teaching and mentoring of diverse undergraduate and graduate student bodies, as well as national and international recognition. The College of Computing, Data Science, and Society at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach CDSS courses should an opening arise. About CDSS:



Established July 1, 2023, the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS) is the first new college at Berkeley in over 50 years. The College was created to meet the demands and opportunities at a time when data touches nearly every aspect of our lives. Innovations in computing and statistics are converging to create unprecedented opportunities to use data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to tackle pressing societal challenges from human health to climate change.



CDSS offers outstanding undergraduate major programs in Computer Science, Data Science, and Statistics. Over 1,500 students graduated with a degree in these majors in Spring 2024, and one in four held a second major in another discipline. CDSS undergraduates study with faculty from a wide range of fields, where they gain the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to succeed in today's datafied world, interact with data ethically, and masterfully engage as informed leaders.



CDSS seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy.



Responsibilities:



CDSS is seeking outstanding instructors to be appointed in the non-Senate Lecturer title series who can teach small and large courses. We are particularly interested in instructors who can teach courses that satisfy the Human and Social Dynamics of Data and Technology requirement for the college. This requirement is designed for the purpose of developing an understanding of how technology and data interact with human and societal contexts, including ethical considerations and applications such as education, health, law, natural resources, and public policy. Examples include: Anthropology of Science, Data, and Technology; Artificial Humanities: AI, Language, and Fiction; and Data and Justice.



Teaching a CDSS course may include holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g.,slides, syllabus, homework assignments), providing clear and prompt feedback on student work, and maintaining the course website.

The College of Computing (CoC) at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) invites applications and nominations for two inaugural Krishna A. Bharat Professorships in Computational Journalism, at its campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The Bharat Professorships will further research and innovation that focuses on information access in the public sphere, exploring responsible, civic-minded approaches to computational journalism and civic technologies broadly. The chair is endowed by Krishna Bharat, a Georgia Tech doctoral alumnus in computer science and the founder of Google News.

The scope of this search is not limited to journalism as conventionally defined. Summary

Provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies and procedures. Physical Demands
