Position Summary


This role is responsible for architecting, building, and deploying a production-grade AI operating system that automates core workflows across leasing, property management, accounting, construction coordination, and asset management.


The engineer will design and implement AI agents, document intelligence systems, and workflow automation pipelines that reduce manual processing, improve accuracy, and increase operational scalability across a commercial real estate portfolio.

Core Objectives

Primary Responsibilities

  • AI Platform Architecture & Development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline

· Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained by the end of the orientation period (approximately six (6) weeks). Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.

· ACLS within 6 months of hire

· Level I Cardiac Arrhythmia class completion within 6 months

· Level II 12 Lead EKG class completion within 1 year

· Level III Advanced 12 Lead EKG class within 18 months

· International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) Cardiac Device Remote Monitor Specialist (CDRMS) certification examination following 1 year following device training, prior to the end of the 3rd year of performing CIED in-office evaluations

· IBHRE Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) certification encouraged following 3 years of CIED follow-up and successful completion of the CDRMS examination with a passing score

Position Purpose

As a Sonographer, you will work in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care in a clinic or practice environment. A Sonographer is expected to use imaging equipment and soundwaves to form images of many parts of the body.

What you will do:

  • General Sonographer; able to scan large and small parts

  • Performs diagnostic sonographic imaging and interventional procedures.

  • Produces real time images of optimum quality accurately and proficiently with the appropriate protocol for each exam. Knowledgeable in the proper use of the PACS and RIS systems in accordance with set protocols and the manufacturer recommendations.

  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy    (normal, variant and pathological states).

  • Practices proper sterile technique. Adheres to infection control guidelines.

  • Room set up and patient preparation for diagnostic imaging procedure

  • Acquire and analyze these sonographic images

  • Perform office tests and administrative duties

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ARDMS required. 

  • BLS certification is required.

  • If working in the Women's Center Breast ARDMS certification is required.

  • Graduate of an approved ultrasound school; ability to produce diagnostically acceptable examination
