The Role

• Defend insureds and self-insured entities in civil liability claims
• Handle full case lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations
• Appear at court hearings, arbitrations, and trials
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communication

Compensation & Perks

• Up to $230k (DOE; strong for market level)

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Active California Bar license
• JD from an accredited law school (top 100 preferred)
• Strong litigation fundamentals: research, drafting, discovery, case management
• Client-facing demeanor and collaborative mindset
