Foundation and Excavation Superintendent Job Opportunity — $175k-$250k + Benefits + Bonus + Career Growth

You’ll lead deep excavation, foundation, and SOE operations on complex, high‑profile work, gaining long‑term stability, technical depth, and leadership exposure on projects that shape major urban environments.
What You’ll Lead:
- Full execution of excavation and SOE work, from planning through completion
- Daily field operations: excavation, shoring, drilling, foundations, and heavy equipment
- Installation sequencing for complex support systems and deep foundations
- Coordination with engineers, inspectors, clients, and governing agencies
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in excavation, SOE, and foundation construction
- Proven leadership on technically demanding, urban job sites
- Strong understanding of geotechnical conditions, drawings, and sequencing
