Job Description for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:
The Production Associate will set up, adjust, and operate semi-automated printing machines and prepare items processed for the next routing step. Ensuring that only products meeting company standards are passed onto the next step or packaged to ship to our customers. Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments and/or minor repairs to equipment.
Responsibilities for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:
- Set up and adjust machines for proper operation
- Ensure that the proper supplies (both bill of material and non-bill of material items) are being used for printing
- Read and follows manufacturing orders to make sure orders are printed according to specifications (quality, accuracy, and layout)
- Examines product for defects, position of design print clarity, color accuracy or other flaws and adjusts equipment accordingly if needed
- Maintains sewing equipment including, but not limited to needles, bobbins, lubrication, etc.
- May package product for shipping, making sure proper box size and packing procedures are followed and ensuring that only products meeting quality standards are packed to ship
- Completes DCT reporting and necessary daily paperwork as instructed, including quantity produced, scrap and related information
- Performs preventative maintenance duties, such as daily cleaning and lubricating
- Maintains effective working relationship with coworkers
- Maintains a clean and neat work area
- Actively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement
- Demonstrates flexibility and commitment through cross training and helping other departments consistent with business needs
Qualifications for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:
- At least 18 years of age
- The ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Computer knowledge
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments to machines and tools
- Any prior experience within manufacturing, machine operator, or production associate preferred
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time.

This role serves as the dedicated front-of-house presence and first impression for an outstanding Financial Services firm. You will be the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, welcoming guests, including executives, board members, and investors, with a warm, polished, and highly professional demeanor. Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- 2–5+ years of experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, office coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Experience in private equity, financial services, professional services, or luxury hospitality strongly preferred.
- Polished, professional presence with a strong customer service mindset and warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; comfortable managing priorities independently.

About the facility: The Williamson, NY operation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217 acres of land. The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that has been delighting our consumers for more than 140 years. We produce a wide variety of products with diverse packaging capabilities going from Apple sauce, to juices and concentrates . Alongside production, the site includes a raw apple operation that is key for the success of the site. This facility is a Unionized location. Production Technician II - Williamson, NY
The Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. This includes safely maintaining, repairing, replacing and assisting in modifying all processing, packaging, and facility equipment in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures.
Shift / Schedule: This is a union facility so flexibility to work any day or any night shift pattern is required. P ositions are mainly 12 hour positions, with few 8 hour shifts available but not guaranteed; Operate machine in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures
