There will be comprehensive testing in the specialties of hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, blood gases, molecular, and blood banking. Located on the 1st floor will be an Outpatient Lab Service Center that will provide convenient hours for patients to have their blood drawn. Self-scheduling will be available to allow for little to no wait times. This laboratory will house all new state of the art instrumentation along with EPIC Beaker laboratory information system. The laboratory team will interact with other Dublin Hospital health care professionals to coordinate the best patient care experience.

Positional Overview
The Operations & Quality Lead Engineer will serve as the on-site technical leader supporting the launch of new OEM production operations in Dublin, GA, with local production scheduled to begin in early May.
This role is responsible for ensuring operational readiness, quality alignment, and process stability during startup. - Admission to the Illinois Bar in good standing.
- Experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts.
- Strong legal research, writing, discovery, and deposition skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage files with minimal supervision.
- Experience in aviation law, product liability, and/or premises liability.
- Trial experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Participate in trial preparation and support, including strategy discussions and witness preparation.
- Advocate for clients in court, during depositions, and in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive legal memorandums.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to devise the best legal strategy for each client.
- Maintain communication with clients and provide regular updates on case progression.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal precedent.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the NE bar.
- Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably on a wide range of litigation subjects.
- Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation technology.
