Job Description

THE POSITION:

The most important aspect of the position of the Associate Director of Global Medical Affairs is being responsible for managing complex projects across medical content development, Medical / Legal / Regulatory (MLR) Review, Medical Affairs (MA) Operations & Excellence, etc. This role also serves as both Client Manager and Project Manager for these projects. Additionally, this individual will be part of the MA leadership team that will support development of MA strategies, solution offerings, technology / innovation, and building and managing MA teams. This person will collaborate closely with other global leaders within our Global Medical Information and Medical Affairs service line and other business units across EVERSANA to further strengthen the vision of an Integrated Medical Affairs solution offering. This person may partner with other Medical Affairs leads by managing multiple complex deliverables for internal and external clients with a team of resources, including both full-time employees and consultants.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Project & Client Management

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional Medical Affairs projects, including medical content development, MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review processes, MA operations, and MA consulting.
  • Serve as the primary Client/Project Manager for assigned client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and strategic alignment with client objectives.
  • Oversee project teams composed of internal staff and external consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and resource utilization.

Medical Affairs Strategy & Leadership

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Global Medical Affairs strategies, aligning with broader organizational goals and client needs.
  • Actively participate in the MA leadership team to shape solution offerings, drive innovation, and support business growth.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable Medical Affairs models and frameworks across therapeutic areas and geographies.
  • Lead and manage the development of the positioning and marketing information related to EVERSANA’s Medical Affairs Excellence & Strategy and related consulting services. Including, oversight of capabilities presentations, development of case studies, white papers, publications, and information on .
  • Create/Drive Thought leadership in partnership with MA / MI leadership team across via position papers, webinars, conferences, social media, and other channels, collaborating with marketing and commercialization team to run marketing campaigns on new opportunities.

Operational Excellence & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement in Medical Affairs operations, including process optimization, technology adoption, and performance metrics.
  • Champion the integration of digital tools and platforms to enhance medical content delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement innovative approaches to Medical Affairs service delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with leaders across Global Medical Information, Global Medical Affairs, and other EVERSANA business units to deliver integrated, best-in-class solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure consistency and excellence in Medical Affairs deliverables.
  • Represent Medical Affairs in strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.

Team Development & Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing Medical Affairs teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members (FTEs and consultants) to ensure capability alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and projects.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate Trusted Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner in Medical Affairs transformation.
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and performance reviews; proactively address concerns to ensure high retention and repeat business.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand EVERSANA’s footprint within client organizations by aligning new offerings with evolving client needs and priorities.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Medical / Scientific degree, PharmD, MD, PhD, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or device/diagnostics industry

  • Experience with Medical Affairs Operations and Excellence across Medical Information, Medical Communications, HEOR, Investigator Initiated Studies, Independent Medical Education, Evidence Generation, etc.

WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR DO?

Provides senior-level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid-to senior-level relationships, providing additional opportunities and assessing risk associated with the client. Responsible for meeting the campaigns’ financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives for both the client and for EVERSANA INTOUCH. The D365 Senior Technical Analyst partners closely with D365 Platform Operations Leads to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused support service aligned with agreed service scope and SLAs. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) through effective troubleshooting, user support, system enhancements, and controlled releases.

The Senior D365 Business Analyst is a trusted functional leader for the D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform, responsible for balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic delivery. This role leads functional design, upgrade planning, testing, and UAT coordination to ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

  • Act as the primary functional advisor to Finance, Supply Chain, and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead requirements discovery, solution workshops, and design reviews.

  • Provide guidance on D365 best practices.

Functional Solution Design & Configuration

  • Own functional design and configuration across D365 F&O modules – Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management and Accounting.

Testing & UAT Coordination

  • Validate fixes and confirm business sign-off prior to production deployments.

Governance, Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Data, Reporting & Controls

  • Partner with reporting teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Support data validation, reconciliations, and downstream reporting accuracy.

Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Purchasing Specialist will be creating purchase orders, managing client invoicing, tracking client associated expenses and ordering operational supplies for the Channel business unit. This role will collaborate across departments to ensure that all purchases follow general procedures for procurement and responsible for providing administrative assistance to facility related operations in the local office. This role will work closely with facilities for maintenance and building operations as well as other management for administrative duties.

The Territory Business Manager is a unique role and represents a great opportunity to advance your specialty experience. We are seeking a Territory Business Manager with pharmaceutical sales experience who will be assigned a home territory and will also be deployed to cover vacant territories. This is a dynamic and challenging role, and the incumbent must have the willingness and ability to travel extensively, which at times will be for up to 3 months in a vacant territory. The role is crucial for ensuring that healthcare providers are informed and educated about the client’s product. Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • This is a remote field-based position that will cover the east coast. (Maine to Florida). Candidates should live in close proximity to a large airport hub within that geography.

We are hiring a Medical Science Liaison to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison functions as a highly trained, field-based, scientific expert in oncology, who engages health care professionals and leaders in clinical, scientific, value-based care and research-based peer to peer scientific exchange around ALK + non-small cell lung cancer. Following regulatory and corporate guidelines, they will facilitate and build scientific relationships and collaborations with the anaplastic lymphoma kinase ALK + non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), scientific communities. This position interacts with local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and health care practitioners (HCPs), as well as professional societies and organizations. The MSL will need to be fully engaged with pertinent professional societies, as well as other value-based institutions and associations including clinics and centers that are involved with the treatment of ALK + NSCLC. The MSL will be the field based scientific expert regarding our client’s newly approved therapy in solid tumor oncology.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Function as the primary medical point of contact in geographic area.
  • Maintain clinical and scientific, expertise in oncology with specific focus in standards of care related to the treatment of ALK + NSCLC.
  • Engage in well informed, compliant, robust, and accurate scientific peer exchange around our client’s pipeline, with KOLs.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the clinical protocols, clinical trials outcomes and related procedures.
  • Develop and track key opinion leader (KOL) engagement plans - identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with KOLs within assigned region.
  • Engage in medical & scientific exchange with the medical/scientific community including advisory boards.
  • Responsible for ongoing territory management and development.
  • Responsible for all clinical program requests and for unsolicited requests for information.
    • May collaborate with R&D Team to support sites and investigators participating in the company-sponsored clinical trials.
  • Conduct pre-launch KOL profiling efforts to enhance depth of product/disease/scientific knowledge. Facilitate top account/institution profiling efforts to enhance understanding of patient care pathways, including treatment protocol development and novel therapies.
  • Work collaboratively and compliantly with commercial colleagues to assure product strategic imperatives are represented cross functionally in account engagement.
  • Respond to and document unsolicited requests for information on clinical initiatives.
  • May serve as a resource for investigator sponsored trial (IIST) proposal.
  • Provide internal teams with feedback and insights from interactions with KOLs.
  • Represent our client at medical meetings through Medical Affairs’ Scientific Booth coverage and other related activities.
  • Attend congresses as appropriate and develop meaningful internal reports of the congresses covered.
  • Adhere to corporate SOPs and ensure vigilant compliance with relevant legal and regulatory guidelines governing scientific interactions with physicians and healthcare professionals across all activities, including those related to clinical trials, scientific interactions with internal and external groups, and responses to unsolicited requests for medical/scientific information.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high standard of excellence in the management of assigned territory while also contributing to the success of colleagues and the MSL team.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • MSL: A minimum of 2 years previous MSL experience necessary with a minimum of 1 year in rare disease, oncology (and/or immunology) with working knowledge of Gene Therapy.
  • Sr. MSL: A minimum of 5 years of pharma experience and 3 years of rare disease, oncology (and/ or immunology) experience.
  • Targeted Therapy experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience required.
  • Exhibits the highest level of scientific, business, and clinical acumen with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • The ability to interpret and present scientific data to engage KOLs.
  • Working knowledge of standards of care for Alk + NSCLC is desirable.
  • Previous experience sharing scientific content with payer systems is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of NCI Cooperative Groups and Oncology Research Consortiums.
  • Ability to present complex scientific and value and evidence data to payors and/ or formulary committees is required.
  • Working knowledge of institutions and clinics in selected geographies is expected.
