Job Description

The Territory Business Manager is a unique role and represents a great opportunity to advance your specialty experience. We are seeking a Territory Business Manager with pharmaceutical sales experience who will be assigned a home territory and will also be deployed to cover vacant territories. This is a dynamic and challenging role, and the incumbent must have the willingness and ability to travel extensively, which at times will be for up to 3 months in a vacant territory. The role is crucial for ensuring that healthcare providers are informed and educated about the client’s product. The Representative will professionally represent our client in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. The Representative will maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.

  • Develops and grows business relationships with targeted customers within the assigned geography.
  • Develops a detailed local market business plan that focuses on the strategic growth opportunities to include tactical plans and a measurement system to capture results and insights.
  • Utilizes all available resources to educate HCP and staff on client products for the purpose of growing market share.
  • Understands and manages the patient journey utilizing the appropriate resources available
  • Utilizes pre-call planning, account management, and consultative selling skills, as well as clinical expertise to enhance the business.
  • Proactively analyzes and applies qualitative and quantitative market data to identify business opportunities and priorities
  • Builds compliant cross-functional collaborative relationships with our MSL, Managed Market and Reimbursement teams to deliver high quality service to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Works with high degree of independence and in a professional and compliant manner
  • Travel up to 90% of the time
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A passion for serving patients and a desire to help build a company
  • 2+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience
  • Experience in Specialty markets desired, Rare Disease not required

Job Description

The EVERSANA Neurology Sales Specialists (NSS) are responsible for driving performance in top headache centers, neurology accounts and primary care accounts within assigned geography for our client Impel Pharmaceuticals. The NSS is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in their territory. The NSS will professionally represent Impel Pharmaceuticals in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. Our Client, Impel Pharmaceuticals, is focused on developing and commercializing transformative therapies for people living with central nervous system (CNS) disorders through the pioneering of an optimized approach to drug delivery. Our investigational therapies are enabled by the Company’s proprietary upper nasal delivery technology, known as the Precision Olfactory Delivery, or POD®, device.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Operate with a sense of urgency to drive appropriate utilization of TRUDHESA by working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
  • Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and propose responsible solutions for success
  • Develop and implement data driven and effective customer specific territory plans with Regional Sales Managers
  • Expertly deliver in-person (virtual if necessary) approved product, access, and corporate messaging
  • Effectively anticipate and handle customer objections and exceed customer expectations by delivering value to Health Care Professionals and accounts
  • Maintain expert knowledge on territory managed care/access environment and partner with the Managed Markets team to implement and measure push and pull-through initiatives that support achieving sales objectives

We are hiring an Oncology Sale Representative to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Oncology Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a newly approved oncology product to oncology practices in an assigned geographic territory. Our representative will be providing value by engaging Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, office staff and pharmacists in face-to-face discussions.

The Oncology Sales Representatives will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating about our client’s oncology product and its approved indications as well as the support services offered by our client for cancer patients.

Oncology Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of the product, disease state, the customers and territory.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communication with physicians and key thought leaders in the US.
  • Utilize the customer relationship management system to keep call records including account planning.
  • Ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers.
  • Responsible for collaborating effectively and mobilizing all appropriate resources.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills providing the product scientific information to healthcare professionals, oncologists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to Oncology Advances: Complete training to understand the disease state and positioning of our client’s product.
  • Travel to Medical Offices and Hospitals (80%) some overnight travel may be necessary
  • Hours (40 Hours per week potentially including weekend medical meetings)

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university required - focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience with at least 1 year in oncology experience with an understanding of the integrated oncology network.
  • Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
  • Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities
  • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
  • Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% as needed to cover territory- up to 2 hour radius from headquarter city - some overnight travel may be required.

The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa & Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university - focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B (business to business), OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional that has current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
  • Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
  • Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities
  • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
  • Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested - up to 2 hour radius from headquarter city - some overnight travel may be required

Job Description

The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa & Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. Our Representative will be providing value by engaging Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face to face discussions with the goal of promoting the assigned Client product(s), maximizing the selling potential, and meeting/exceeding all goals and objectives. Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of their product(s), customer and territory. Sales Representative will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.
