Position Overview:
The Affiliate & Display Manager is responsible for managing UNIQLO USA’s performance marketing across affiliate channels and programmatic display platforms. This role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition, nurturing publisher relationships, optimizing spend efficiency, and ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow UNIQLO’s affiliate marketing program across content, loyalty, influencer, and technology partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliate partners and networks (e.g., Rakuten, etc.).
- Oversee day-to-day operations of affiliate campaigns, including offer approvals, creative asset management, tracking QA, and partner communication.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to scale high-performing partners and explore new affiliate opportunities for incremental growth.
- Own programmatic display campaign setup, trafficking, and performance optimization via DSPs.
- Collaborate with paid search, social, and site teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and consistent messaging.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue contribution, click-through rates, and viewability to inform optimization decisions.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and partner-level incrementality testing to inform investment decisions.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to validate performance, set forecasts, and support monthly reporting needs.
- Ensure all campaigns follow compliance and brand guidelines, including data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs and/or programmatic display campaigns. Experience with Rakuten Linkshare, Partnerize, and/or Commission Junction is a plus
- Experience working with affiliate networks, attribution tools, and DSP platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with affiliate partner types (e.g., content, loyalty, influencer, subnetwork) and associated strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Passion for retail and e-commerce, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working in or with fast-paced, cross-functional marketing teams preferred
Salary: $119,000 - $133,000 annually*

We are looking to a hire a Regional People Partner in the Los Angeles area to oversee the West region consisting of 27 stores (Including: CA, NV, OR, WA, TX and NM).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will implement and adapt People processes, policies and actions in accordance with company standards, image and local needs to maximize the effectiveness of the retail business. You will also provide expert insight to support retail structure to attract, develop, motivate and retain our workforce. You are traveling to stores as needed per business needs to support the districts. You will support not only HR Functions but also Recruitment. You will be reporting to the International People Partner of North America.
TALENT ACQUISITION
Implement the hiring strategy to ensure all key roles are filled in the short and mid-term with high caliber of candidates. Effectively conducting full recruiting cycle for candidates/hires, generating a pool of prospective candidates. Follow up of onboarding correct implementation in stores, collecting feedback of the onboarding program and ensuring an amazing candidate experience.
TRAINING & PERFORMANCE
Make sure appropriate trainings are in place and collect constant feedback to be able to adapt quickly to the always changing reality of the stores. Carry out specific training according to the market needs. Provide support and guidance to Store Managers and District Managers on the follow up, evaluation and development of their teams and have a robust succession plan for key positions.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Provide support to Store Managers, District Managers and Regional Managers with employee relations, conflict resolution and mediation when needed. Spread the MANGO culture and values in store ensuring high levels of engagement from all retail team members. Visit stores on a regular basis to evaluate the atmosphere and understand skill gaps/challenges in our teams and collaboratively offer solutions. Conduct the exit interviews to leavers to understand the employee experience, as well as identifying improvement proposals.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Follow up all stores have the company H&S protocols in place during weekly visits, making sure our employees are safe in their workplace.
LABOR
Collaborate with Labor department to support retail on updates about changes in the legislation, align company behaviors, and help to find new solutions to reach out store needs.
ORGANIZATION & PROJECTS
Participate in strategic People projects together with Internal Communication, Labor & Payroll, Health & Safety, Talent & Organization and Development and Compensation & Benefits. Analyzation of People KPIs and implement action plans with retail team.
REQUIREMENTS
-5+ years of experience in HR management in the West Region in a retail setting and/or in store retail management role (must have in store retail experience and/or have worked in Human Resources for a retail brand)
-Experience with recruitment, talent management, and performance management
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism

What will I be doing?
As the in-store Operations Support colleague, you will support the Store Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead with store operational and EHS task. In this role, you will act as the in-store main point of contact to help maintain a safe working environment and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. From supporting POS ticketing and maintaining stock file accuracy to promoting EHS compliance with training, this role is instrumental in support both safety and operational excellence in-store.

About the Role
The SHEIN Supply Chain Management Specialist (U.S. Fulfillment) Program is a long-term talent development initiative designed for future leaders in global supply chain and operations. The program aims to develop supply chain professionals with an international mindset, strong business understanding, and end-to-end process optimization capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotations across key warehouse functions, including daily operations, inventory management, inbound/outbound processes, picking, packing, and shipping, to systematically understand the end-to-end warehouse workflow
- Take part in business projects (e.g., inventory optimization, process improvements, data analysis), helping to drive warehouse process enhancements and proposing practical solutions
- Deeply learn and apply the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting daily tasks such as inventory control, discrepancy handling, and data reporting.
- Coordinate and communicate across departments to support efficient collaboration between the warehouse, local teams, and headquarters.
- Regularly participate in business reviews and process optimization discussions, independently completing problem analysis, report writing, and improvement recommendations
- Gradually assume entry-level supervisory responsibilities (e.g., front-line shift/area lead) based on your development progress, building hands-on experience for future management roles
- Actively participate in company training, knowledge-sharing, assessments, and development programs to continuously expand your professional capability and management perspective
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Engineering Management, or related fields are a plus;
- Preferred language proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages;
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for supply chain, warehousing, and logistics; strong learning and analytical skills;
- Strong sense of teamwork and ownership, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment;
- Solid logical thinking, clear communication, and resilience under pressure, with the courage to take on challenges;
- Relevant internship or project experience is preferred; strong alignment with the long-term career direction of this role is a plus.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Asset Management to manage material stock, perform regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate must be proficient in operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily material receiving, storage, and issuance in compliance with company procedures.
- Perform cycle counting, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Operate a forklift (stand-up/sit-down) to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
- Assist in ERP/WMS system updates to ensure real-time inventory tracking.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support logistics teams in loading/unloading shipments as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or material management.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory management systems).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
