We’re looking for a Licensed Landscape Superintendent who can combine science, skill, and a sharp eye for weeds to help maintain beautiful, healthy landscapes for our clients. In this role, you’ll use your Washington State Commercial Pesticide Applicator license to safely and effectively manage weeds and plant health across lawns, athletic fields, ornamental beds, and other landscape environments.

You’ll be part detective, part plant health specialist, and part equipment operator—helping our landscapes look their best while protecting the environment and following strict safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be spent outdoors helping landscapes thrive. Responsibilities include:

  • Landscape Inspections: Identify weeds, pest issues, and treatment needs across turf, planting beds, athletic fields, and landscape areas.
  • Precision Applications: Mix and apply herbicides, fungicides, and other approved pesticides according to label directions and Washington State regulations.
  • Operate Spray Equipment: Safely calibrate and operate boom sprayers, backpack sprayers, and handheld applicators.
  • Targeted Treatments: Apply treatments to lawns, ornamental beds, tree and shrub areas, hardscape cracks, and non-crop zones while minimizing drift and environmental impact.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed application records including products used, rates, weather conditions, and site information for regulatory compliance.
  • Integrated Vegetation Management: Use a combination of chemical and non-chemical strategies to manage weeds responsibly.
  • Landscape Support: Assist with mowing, trimming, and pruning when not performing applications.
  • Safety & Compliance: Store, handle, transport, and dispose of pesticides according to state and federal guidelines.
  • Equipment Care: Clean and maintain spray equipment to prevent contamination and ensure reliability.
  • Team Leadership: Provide oversight and guidance to other spray applicators when needed.
  • Client Communication: Work with clients, supervisors, and crew members to discuss treatment plans and results.
  • Professional Development: Maintain required continuing education to keep your Washington State Commercial Pesticide Applicator license active.
  • Specialized Applications: Aquatics and right-of-way spray experience is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Valid Washington State Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Laws & Safety + relevant category such as Turf/Ornamental/Landscape – e.g., Category 3).
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of pesticide labels, safety data sheets, and integrated pest management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.

Preferred

  • 4+ years experience in landscape maintenance, turf management, or commercial pesticide application.
  • Knowledge of common Pacific Northwest weeds, turfgrass, and ornamental plants.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, outdoor role that requires:

The Opportunity

MassMutual Investment Management (IM) seeks a seasoned investment management and operations professional to lead the investment performance function for MassMutual’s General Investment Account (GIA). This role reports to the Head of Manager Oversight and will:

  • Design, and oversee implementation of models, policies, and procedures for a best-in-class performance and attribution reporting function.
  • Help drive strategy and execution of investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting programs supporting MassMutual’s Board, CIO, and other key stakeholders.
  • Help shape market commentary and attribution narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including affiliate managers and GPs.
  • Complete the feedback loop for MassMutual Investment Management in the performance space by collaborating with teams supporting product profitability analysis and PMs managing ALM and capital allocation decisions.

The Team

The Manager Oversight team is part of IM’s Strategy and Governance organization, reporting to MassMutual’s CIO. The team oversees IM’s asset manager relationships and functions, including manager operational due diligence, investment mandate onboarding & lifecycle management, and investment performance. Adjacent teams handle business strategy and planning, vendor oversight, investment compliance, and investment reporting for MassMutual’s Board & Investment Committee.

The Impact and Key Responsibilities:

Lead MassMutual’s investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting function for a $250B+ General Investment Account (GIA). In this role you will be on the starting line to help influence, design and implement a state-of-the-art performance measurement and attribution capability. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, influence, executive visibility, and the opportunity to transform performance analytics and attribution capabilities for a prestigious insurance company.

  • Evolve existing practices and refresh methodologies, assumptions, and models to introduce new and industry best practice approaches for presenting performance across products, asset classes, and instruments.
  • Lead strategic platform rationalization and evaluate performance engines to enhance analytics.
  • Provide technical expertise in portfolio management, finance, capital markets, and investment performance reporting, guiding decisions to align with market standards.
  • Contribute to portfolio reporting and attribution by applying experience across asset classes and investment strategies, ensuring liability-driven investment strategies and ALM models are accurately derived and validated.

The Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance-Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field.

The OBGYN Hospitalist’s primary responsibilities will include: evaluation and treatment of patients in a 6 bed OBED, surgical assist, primary OB/GYN coverage for unassigned patients, providing backup for midwifery group, accepting out of hospital transfers, ED coverage, emergency gyn surgeries, care of unassigned gyn patients requiring admission and/or surgery. The OBGYN Hospitalist’s primary responsibilities will include delivery attendance, OB ED triage and management, patient evaluation and treatment, fetal monitoring, surgical assist and ED coverage of unassigned patients and high-risk OB patients. Must be comfortable seeing both obstetrics and gynecology patients and demonstrate a strong level of experience.
