The Interconnection Specialistis responsible formanaging the end-to-end utility interconnection process for commercial and industrial (C&I) solar and battery energy storage projects. Theobjectiveof this role is to drive the interconnection process frominitialsubmission to signed agreement, meeting all schedulemilestonesand providing consistent status updates to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility feedback and deficiency responses to progress interconnection applications through utility studies nationally.

• Manage relationships with third-party engineering vendor partners to oversee the creation of interconnection drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical exhibits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for utility representatives to negotiate study timelines, resolve technical discrepancies, andexpeditethe approval process.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $90,360 to $110,440 annually. The Project Developer or Senior Project Developer will lead the development of commercial and industrial solar, storage, and EVSE projects across the United States, from project mandate through internal handoff to construction. Level and title will be determined based on the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project development in the C&I space, with Senior Project Developer candidates demonstrating deeper experience leading complex, multi-technology projects independently. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Programs and is supported by the Account Management, Engineering, Financing, Legal, and Construction teams at PowerFlex to deliver turnkey, multi-technology solutions.

• Conduct detailed technical reviews of site issues, alarms, performance anomalies, and equipment failures; performroot causeanalysis and implement corrective actions.
• Interface directly with vendors, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors to address technical issues, coordinate warranty/RMA processes, and ensure adherence to installation standards and specifications.
• Support development, implementation, and improvement of technical processes and field procedures (e.g., commissioning checklists, testing protocols, safety documentation).
• Ensure all work meets OSHA, NEC, and AHJ requirements and follows PowerFlex safety protocols and quality standards.
• Review and validateas builtdrawings, test reports, commissioning packages, and other technical documentationrequiredfor operations readiness.
• Assistwith system monitoring and diagnostics, including alarm triage, remote troubleshooting, and performance data review.

Qualifications
Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineeringor related technical field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy, withsignificant timespent in field roles involving construction, commissioning, or technical operations of distributed solar PV systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of PV system architecture, including inverters, protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, site networking, telemetry, metering, and utility interconnection requirements.
• Hands on field experiencestronglypreferred (construction, commissioning, troubleshooting, QA/QC, or similar).
• Experience working closely with subcontractors, OEMs, and field service providers.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Project Engineers on multiple aspects of a solar project from the permitting & bidding stage throughout closeout and hand off to asset management

Qualifications
Education/Experience

• Currently working toward a bachelor's degree in economics, government, finance, sustainability, or a related field, with an expected graduation in 2026.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 hourly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in single-family homes, apartments, and residential remodel projects.

Position Summary:

The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and design, including site layouts, and permitting coordination for awarded projects. The role involves collaborating with third-party engineering firms to obtain stamped plans and managing the pre- construction process. Additionally, the position provides support and guidance to utility coordinators and construction teams during the construction phase of projects.

Responsibilities:
