Customer Service Support Supervisor
The Customer Support Service Supervisor is responsible for the independent oversight of all dispatch operations within their assigned service team, territory, or region. Acting as the primary point of contact within the Service Coordination group, the Supervisor ensures seamless communication among customers, technicians, and management, while delivering timely and efficient customer service. This role serves as both a subject matter expert in Customer Support Services Team (CSST) processes and a trainer/mentor for Service Coordinators and administrative staff. With minimal direct oversight, the Supervisor exercises sound judgment and decision-making authority to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure adherence to service and company standards.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Supervision & Leadership
- Serve as the direct line of support for Service Coordinators/Administrative Assistants within the region.

Process Improvement & Development
- Regularly evaluate customer support and operations processes; recommend enhancement opportunities to the department director.
- Stay current with industry best practices, service software applications, and workflow optimization strategies.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- General courses in accounting preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service-related role with exposure to operations or accounting administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology required.
- In-depth understanding of dispatch center operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $72,000 to $101,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering - Service's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities based on the Account Manager’s individual sales performance and attainment of sales targets

Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Sr National Sales Manager, Compass/Foodbuy, Foodservice based in Charlotte, NC.
The Sr. National Sales Manager for Compass/Foodbuy National Accounts is the strategic and commercial lead for our largest Food Management Company (FMC) and its primary Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) - Compass/Foodbuy. This role is accountable for maximizing compliance, negotiating profitable volume growth, and growing market share within the entire Compass Group ecosystem, including its Foodbuy GPO membership and related sectors (e.g., Hospitality, Leisure, Higher Education). This Leader executes the national strategy, manages the day-to-day relationship at the headquarters level, and drives field-level engagement to ensure program activation and adherence.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day headquarters contact for key decision-makers within Foodbuy/Compass and manage the customer relationship locally. Develop and implement national and channel strategies to increase sales, drive new product adoption, category penetration, and program upgrades across their operating units.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage annual operating plans, national contracts, and promotional calendars, ensuring maximum recovery of trade spend and compliance targets.
Field Execution: Work closely with the Broker team to ensure the national programs are accurately executed at the local site level and that all operational issues (\"last mile\" issues) are resolved promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Overview
The Senior Director of Clinical Services is a senior role responsible for maintaining the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results. This role focuses on client and staff care in the clinical programs.
The Senior Director of Clinical Services partners closely with executive leadership, Senior Management Team, and external stakeholders to align programs with best practices and licensing requirements.

- Provides crisis response and intervention, including rotating on-call and after hours assistance, provide crisis consultation to families, public and legal entities.
- Prepare and submit monthly clinical status report of assigned programs.
- Attend meetings in the community and within the agency as a representative of the clinical services.

Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed or Licensed Eligible In California as an LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/Psy.D. or ASW/AMFT/APCC.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in community mental healthcare/substance use disorders/HIV-AIDS or integrated healthcare settings.
- A minimum of three (3) years supervisory and/or management responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and directed, demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, have experience with infrastructure development and hold a high value for diversity.
- Demonstrated effective management and leadership skills with diverse populations.
- Has prior supervisor experience of management level clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ability to establish collaborative partnerships with supervisees, colleagues, and community organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed and other evidence based therapeutic principles/practices.

How You'll Contribute:
The AV Installation and Support Services Technician is responsible for the installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-voltage cabling systems, including voice, data, and video.

Complexity:
This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients' jobsites with no supervision. This position is responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors. This position will be the key and only field technician in many situations and will be responsible for delegating work, working with remote support, and communicating with key stakeholders on behalf of the company. Requires maintaining quality control on all field work. This position requires the highest level of technical and people skills along with great communication skills.
Decision Making Authority:
This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general, the service manager, project manager and supervisor are available to answer questions, but this position is very independent and will be looked upon to make many onsite decisions on behalf of the service manager and company. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
