Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Journey Optimization Analytics delivers analytical insights into emerging customer experience trends, process improvements, and contact center optimization opportunities. The role leads operational analytics, customer experience analytics, and exploratory optimization initiatives to drive measurable impact. The Senior Manager supports enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

The Senior Manager, Journey Optimization Analytics brings advanced analytics expertise, ideally within a retail or financial services contact center environment. What You Will Do

  • Apply advanced analytical techniques—including exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive methods—to identify the key drivers of customer behavior and operational performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insight narratives that influence decision-making across the organization.

What will you do?

  • Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver checks to guests
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff
  • Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

More about you

  • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
  • Beneficial if you have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs

What will you do?

  • Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding available products and services 
  • Assist with daily operational procedures including setup, opening, and closing duties; organize inventory and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor. 
  • Take and fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately, including scooping ice cream and preparing menu items. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift  
  • Accurately record all transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system including handling credit cards and providing correct change to guests as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
