About the Job:

This position is responsible for administering Pacific Sunwear’s corporate contracts and risk management functions. This position will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish transaction-related objectives and will work under general supervision.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

• Performs day-to-day contract administration and support of the legal team
• Acts as the point person to assist internal stakeholders and legal team in using the company’s contract management system (ICERTIS)
• Reviews and processes incoming legal department invoices (via the SYMBEO system), works with the company outside bill review service and processes invoice adjustments
• Supports the Company’s risk management and insurance function, including coordination of the annual renewal applications, financing arrangements and claim investigation and response; attends monthly meetings with outside insurance brokers and carriers as needed
• Works with internal stakeholders to provide requirements for financial audits
• Supports the tracking of Company litigation and management of Legal Holds
• Acts as point person with Legal vendors, including Docusign, Corsearch and DocJuris
• Reviews and supports responses to legal mail, subpoenas and service of process
• Maintains calendaring system for legal deadlines of the company
• Works with internal stakeholders (InfoSec, Privacy and Business) on compliance with Privacy-related initiatives of the Company
• Assists with production of intellectual property/legal compliance presentations
• Assists Company with internal clearance of proposed brands using software tools
• Assists with drafting cease and desist letters
• Provides administrative support to other functional areas of the Company, as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What it takes to Join:

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing legal support within a fast paced, entrepreneurial yet corporate legal.
• Must have demonstrated experience with ICERTIS Contract Management System
• Must be able to quickly and efficiently understand, prioritize, organize and execute day to day tasks, along with project-related deliverables, with minimal guidance, and attention to detail and awareness of critical deadlines.
• Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Must exhibit the ability and desire to be proactive, customer-focused, confidential, ethical, reliable, accountable, accurate, flexible and able to work as a team player in an ambiguous environment.
• Must be proficient in Office365 and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence software and tools to conduct first-pass review and redline of contracts is strongly desired
• Experience with SYMBEO, Convercent, Corsearch strongly preferred

Job Summary:

Exos is looking to add a Nutrition Specialist to join our team. Only candidates who are currently credentialed as Registered Dietitians will be considered for this role. As a Nutrition Specialist, you will provide personalized one-on-one and group nutrition support through our holistic programs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a seamless and integrated nutrition experience between food and human performance.

Below is a summary of the Nutrition Specialist responsibilities:

• Implement and present internal and external Nutritional Education Programs consistent with Exos systems and nutrition methodology.
• Develop and document nutrition plans for each individual, group or program
• Provide individual and group Consultation, Nutrition Education, and specific strategies for their implementation
• Coordination, Data Collection (Validity/Reliability), Input, Analysis, Records, etc. of all available testing:
• Anthropometrics
• BodyMetrix Ultrasound, Circumferences, Height, Weight, etc.
• Goals
• Adherence
• Behavior change and modification
• Understand Exos methodology, instruction, and implementation of hydration, food, and supplement recommendations
• Maintain and update programming as appropriate
• Create synergistic protocol for Exos systems and programs
• Program Evaluation, Implementation, and Re-Evaluation
• Learn, Design, Deliver, Refine
• Research for improving program
• Work closely with the performance coaching, physical therapy staff, and culinary staff to maintain the culture of integration
• Create and deliver cross education between culinary and performance teams on Exos’ nutrition and culinary principles as well as other nutrition initiatives presenting the science behind the principles established and how coaches can reinforce these principles to employee population
• Integrate nutrition into other facets of existing programs
• Be self-sufficient, organized and willing to lead and manage the nutrition programming
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and feedback
• Attend team meetings as well as nutrition team meetings and regularly scheduled meetings as deemed appropriate with the Director of the space.

The items below are for a Nutrition Specialist working with a culinary team.

• Build and maintain rapport and trusted relationship with the culinary team
• Collaborate with on-site executive chef to establish standardized recipes and alter existing recipes, as needed, to help meet nutritional criteria set to reflect Exos culinary and nutrition principles
• Research foods and ingredients available on the market that support wellness programs and provide information to culinary team to upgrade cafe deliverables and provide education around meals, snacks, beverages, etc.
• Coordinate and drive current food initiatives and support culinary team needs as it relates to nutrition and food philosophy delivery
• Coordinate with the performance manager to educate employees on initiatives, content, and objectives
• Support member engagement through on-site or virtual nutrition education sessions to expand impact
• Create personalized nutrition programs to meet members unique needs
• Integrate nutrition into other facets of existing programs
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Registered dietitian with bachelor’s or master’s degree in nutrition required (Master’s degree in exercise physiology or nutrition preferred)
• Superb presentation/lecture skills
• Ability to be self-sufficient, organized, flexible, and willing to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience
• Master’s degree in exercise physiology or nutrition
• Hold advanced nutrition certifications - (CDE, CSSD, CSOWM)
• Hold industry certifications (NSCA- CSCS or NASM)

This is a Program direct-support position and requires a technical understanding of piece part electronic components and their assembly level applications.  This candidate will transition into a key leadership position in the supporting program Obsolescence Integrated Product Team and will drive issue resolution for situations involving obsolescence.  

The selected candidate will perform and/or assist in the performance of Parts Engineering, Components Engineering or Applications Engineering tasks supporting programs in the Proposal, System Design Description, Low Rate Initial Production, Production and Support phases. Position will require day to day interface with Designers, Contracts, Estimating, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other disciplines.   
 
This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ.  

What You Will Do: 

• Understand and/or generate a program statement of work (SOW) and other defined customer component application requirements.   

• Develop and/or sustain a proactive Obsolescence Management process to deliver cost saving obsolescence mitigation strategies and solutions. 

• Drive resolution through support or execution of lifetime buys, selections of alternate parts, redesign efforts or other mitigation strategies and will facilitate and support contract negotiations, basis of estimates, and supplier statements of work for proposal efforts. 

• Interact with Program and customer leadership on a regular basis to communicate status of mitigation strategies. 

• Conduct trade study analysis help identify cost effective obsolescence driven cut in points for proposed unit redesigns.  

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following:  

• Experience with proactive and reactive component obsolescence management methodologies. 

• Experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation skills to adequately discuss system impact of component obsolescence issues. 

• Experience with project management working with schedules, costs, and integration of stakeholder needs throughout the obsolescence process. 

• Financial and Contract Management experience with proposals, BOE, EVMs, SOWs, CLINs and CDRLs. 

• Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs. 

• Risk and Opportunity business case analysis experience supporting sustainment vs redesign cut in decisions. 

Qualifications We Prefer: 

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related science or engineering discipline 

• Ability to navigate multiple complex processes and tools. 

• Understanding of the application of technical theories and concepts as they apply to electronic components and the parts management field. 

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hierarchy definition. 

• Knowledge of component failure modes by commodity 

• Knowledge of Component MIL drawings, standards, test specifications, and associated QPLs and QMLs 

• Knowledge of component selection, screening, qualification, and derating for use in military, and aerospace flight applications 

• Knowledge of analog design and analysis, general knowledge of digital circuitry and interfaces 

• Excellent communication skills to interface with other Integrated Product Team members, including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Operations, and Supplier Engineering.  

• Capable of supporting regular customer interactions including but not limited to leadership engagements, responding to proposal requests and contract negotiations. 

• Outstanding organizational, presentation and technical skills. 

• Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize responsibilities. 

• Willingness to support occasional travel.
