- EMR: Epic
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
- Active CA License
- BC
- DEA
- BLS
- Must have prior FQHC experience
- CVs w/ month & date on their work experience w/ all gaps in employment accounted for.
- Vaccinations/Immunizations (Flu, TB Status/X-Ray Results)
