Customer Service Representative is responsible for the private fleet administrative functions. Responsibility includes planning, tracking, tracing, and reporting on inbound and outbound dedicated loads. Works with the private fleet on-site team to ensure on time store deliveries, tractor utilization, inbound reverse logistics on time pick up, and driver safety and legal compliance operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and assign outbound, vendor backhaul, and OVD loads
Plan and assign rolltainer sweeps and dunnage consolidations
Reporting Function:
Report on time load pick up
Report on time store delivery
Report BOL pick up
Report on tractor utilization
Report on vendor backhaul pickup and delivery
Answer and process driver load messages through satellite communications and plan swaps
Resolve load issues involving bust outs, over weights, and/or paperwork issues
Answer telephone calls from drivers, vendors, DCs, SSC and other external sources
Work with drivers to ensure they understand the delivery documentation, call stores when the delivery is late, monitor load dispatch assignments, and review load optimizing.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient communication (written and verbal), listening, and interpersonal problem solving skills
Knowledge of dedicated transportation operations
High attention to detail, strong planning, and organization skills
Understands driver logs and hours of service
Proficient in usage of transportation optimization software to perform routing, tendering, scheduling, and shipment tracking
Ability to function in a high-stress environment
Must know MS Office software
Experience and/or Education:
Distribution experience preferred.
Quality check or audit experience preferred.
Warehouse management system applications experience preferred.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY/WORK
The Early On Evaluator/Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, conducting and completing developmental assessments, reports and Individualized Family Service Plans as needed in accordance with IDEA regulations. Incumbent is responsible for providing outreach to families in Oakland County communities through home visits; for initiating and maintaining communication and coordination based on family needs, including schools district personnel; and for maintaining internal and external customer relations through completion of paperwork, adherence to COA standards, quality assurance measures and participation in professional development activities. The position reports to the Early Childhood Services Manager.
- Conduct developmental assessments on referred children within identified time frames.
- Complete reports summarizing the results of the assessment, including recommendations and case conceptualization within identified time frames.
- Complete all required paperwork as part of the evaluation and assessment process, including but not limited to, release of information, consents and other indicated forms.
- Function as service coordinator for children entering the Early On system who do not qualify for special education services, including coordination of all referrals, services and direct service provision when appropriate.
- Facilitate Individualized Family Service Plan process based on the developmental assessment results of eligibility within identified time frames.
- Complete annual assessments; IFSP reviews; Transition Plans; Special Education referrals; Transfer and/or Exit processes with children and families within identified time frames.
- Coordinate with school districts regarding any transfers for children eligible for Special Education services.
- Provide home visits as indicated within identified time frames or provide visits in a community venue (i.e. play groups or other services provided by the Early On continuum) as indicated.
- Meet weekly productivity standards for assessments and service coordination as indicated by the Manager.
- Serve as a resource for families to connect with other internal and external community services.
- Collaborate with schools and other community representatives and agencies.
- Attend seminars, trainings and workshops to develop knowledge base in parent-child issues.
- Attend supervision and Agency meetings.
- Communicate positively and professionally with clients and staff.
- Adhere to professional code of ethics and Agency policies and procedures.
- Travel throughout Oakland County to provide home visits and attend trainings and meetings.
- Flexible scheduling in order to meet the needs of the clients and professional development requirements.

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for the direction, assignment, and coordination of Turbine Floor Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.
- Participate in various aspects of work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings involving online and refuel outage activities, to ensure that work is properly assigned, planned and ready to execute.
- Effectively communicate and address CEC and personnel issues to the appropriate levels of Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management. Foster open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to OS&A.
- Oversee project activities of multidisciplinary team regarding turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, coordination of turbine deck lay-down, mobilization of equipment and tooling as well as interfacing with management and specific contract personnel. Satisfy contractual obligations, meet project milestones, and optimize short-term and long-term company profit by effectively managing and facilitating resources.
- Understand, support, and administer all OS&A processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to ensure effective work practices. Identify and support improvement opportunities and development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all Business Goals and objectives.

Our Park Services team helps the park shine! You're constantly on the move, leaving areas clean as you bounce from place to place. Every day is a fresh experience as you interact with our guests and keep everything looking great. From sweeping the streets to refreshing the restrooms and greeting the guests, you'll be right in the center of the action and help keep everything guest ready.
Pay Starting at $15.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspecting behind-the-scenes and guest facing areas for cleanliness and safety concerns
- Continuously sweep park's midways and attraction areas using a broom, collecting debris and trash with a dustpan while walking through the assigned section
- Sanitizing and cleaning all park fixtures, including but not limited to: trash receptacles, sinks, toilets, mirrors, stalls, lights, vents, counters, tables, walls and floors within an assigned area
- Engaging with guests by greeting them and addressing any questions and concerns
- Emptying and replacing liners in trash receptacles and restock toiletries as needed
- Transporting waste to designated compactor areas, adhering to the park's waste policies
- Responding promptly to and clean-up of any biohazard or vomit spills using appropriate materials and PPE
- Assisting in other areas of the Park Services Department
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies, including health and safety protocols
- Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to support Six Flags New England
Qualifications:

Summary

- Participates in coaching, counseling, and mentoring of unit personnel.
- Supports the Professional Practice Model and participates in efforts related to the key components.
- Assumes unit, clinical, and administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Director and under the supervision of the Patient Care Services management staff.
- Ensures and/or provides patient care in accordance with all responsibilities in the RN job description.
- Ensures completion of the unit's schedule in a timely and equitable manner.
- Utilizes evidence based research findings within patient care delivery, communicates research findings to co-workers and/or the professional community, attends research continuing education offerings, assists with data collections, and serves as a participant in ongoing research studies.
- Provides clinical, consultative, technical, or informational services as needed to staff, other disciplines, patients, and/or families.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree Nursing
- 3 years Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital setting.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Proficient in clinical practice protocols for medical procedures and patient care.
- Skilled in monitoring/assessing the performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
