This specific role will be responsible for leading all departments and working cross functionally across all departments to streamline processes and procedures to ensure overall success within the organization. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Marketing, Sales, Client Services (ROI, Retrieval, Support), Product, Development, IT Operations (including Security & Compliance), and Human Resource function with support from the CEO.
- Create, review, manage, distribute, and measure all internal communications related to policy, process, workflow, and business changes to ensure that all key communications are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization with a plan for post-communication measurement and monitoring.
- Accountable for all measurement systems throughout the organization including the alignment of Accountability to Job Descriptions, Scorecards, Measurables, and Incentive Compensation models. Create new, and manage, and leverage existing scorecards and system dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, Xero and other systems).
- Implement and optimize EOS principles: effectively implement the EOS tools and processes to align all company activities with the CEO's vision, ensuring seamless integration of strategic plans into daily operations.
- Lead, and nurture a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in alignment with EOS values and ChartRequest PATH..
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Conduct 1:1’s weekly with all Executives & Managers to maintain a pulse on the business and ensure the desired operating cadence and rhythm is followed.
- Collaborate with ELT and MGMT members to ensure that consistent, effective communication programs and processes exist throughout the organization. Lead ELT LVL10, MGR LVL10, and all quarterly planning meetings. Establish strategic objectives (Rocks) across all departments and drive their completion alongside executives and managers.
- Lead the effort to enhance processes in place to continue to build relationships and ensure client success with Key Accounts. Lead and mentor Customer Success organizations to develop professionally.
- Ownership of All-Hands, LVL10 ELT/MGR/DEPT, Rising Stars, and quarterly goal setting and issues resolution across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree from a top tier school (Required)
- Master in Business Administration from a top tier school (Preferred)
- 10+ years of project management experience (PMP Certification Preferred)
- 10+ experience in operational roles (SaaS and Healthcare experience a Bonus)
- 5+ years of direct & cross-functional leadership and management experience leveraging EOS (LVL10 Meetings, Rock Setting, Quarterly Planning, etc)
- 5+ years of PnL management experience (Preferred)

Compensation. This role is a leadership role and the base compensation will be between $60,000 - $90,000 and the On Target Earnings will be $69,000 to $103,500 depending on leadership and management experience.
Hybrid Policy. This is not a remote role. This role is based in our Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA office, 5 days per week.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is accountable for providing technical support for the assigned processes and equipment to operations. Ensure that processes and equipment meets expectations for performance and operational requirements. Validates that processes meet operational requirements and goals.
Responsibilities
- Be actively engaged with the manufacturing process and operations teams. Participate in the Daily Tier accountability meetings.
- Troubleshoot production process/technical problems in real time to deploy countermeasures. Work closely with the shift supervisor/s, other ME, IE, Lean Expert, Design, R&D, facilities/maintenance, and quality team members to gain cross functional feedback.
- Provide day-to-day technical floor support as a SME (Subject Matter Expert). Investigate and resolve issues which arise during the manufacturing while maintaining or exceeding safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
- Utilize various RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tools to correct the problems and prevent it from re-occurring. Analyze data to improve process capability, reduce process variation, and optimize process performance.
- Develop processes to improve the throughput using lean manufacturing methodologies. Lead continuous improvement projects in assigned process areas to reduce waste/scrap and cycle times.
- Design and construct tooling/fixtures for processes or modify existing production equipment as needed. Identify and develop relationship with external suppliers (tool and die shops) to upgrade tooling and fixtures.
- Select and integrate off-the-shelf component and equipment. Able to confirm system's and components' capabilities by designing test methods and procedures. Understanding of the hardware and physical system being controlled is necessary.
- Lead the project implementation by reviewing installation plans, coordinating start-ups, documenting changes, updating procedures, and training operators. Maintain project documentation and assist in creating Operation Manuals
- Assist in product design, material selections, and tooling reviews. Capability to select and integrate off-the-shelf component and equipment. Ownership of the Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for assigned processes.
- Develop standardized Work Instructions and/or procedures for the assigned areas. Lead train the trainer sessions for assigned areas. Ensures production team knows about the proper operation of equipment through training, verification and process audits.
- Provide direction and coordinate efforts and responsibilities for interns and co-ops to best suit the needs of the business.

- Quality Support: Provides support during the customer or regulatory audits, Support ISO Re-implementation related activities, participate in the Change Management initiatives as needed.

- Assist the maintenance team in developing the Critical Spares of various process equipment in their area.
- Provide prompt support to the on-site team during troubleshooting/problem solving in presence or remotely to avoid the unplanned downtime and improve the OEE.
- Support the Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager in the interview process of the new recruits and on-boarding the new manufacturing team members in the department.

About the Role
The Advanced Manufacturing Manager will lead the Advanced Manufacturing team to drive the development and integration of factory automation, manufacturing tooling and new technology to deliver results to achieve strategic goals to support manufacturing growth. This role will oversee the technical aspects of large-scale projects while leading a team of advanced manufacturing, controls, robotics and tooling engineers.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial) or similar discipline required
- Minimum 10 years of applied professional experience leading and facilitating engineering initiatives in a manufacturing environment required, advanced manufacturing experience preferred

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages activities of all production personnel across an entire shift within a manufacturing facility. Monitors activities to maximize productivity, minimize cost, and maintain quality in all facets of the facility operations. - Manage SQF, Food Safety, Food Quality, Sanitation, 6S and customer standards
- Provides daily direction to Supervisors and hourly associates to meet designated productivity metrics, including labor costs/utilization, operational efficiency, scrap loss rates, and other measures to optimize profitability and meet demand. - Coordinates production/facility activities with Shift Managers as appropriate

- Ensures announcements, safety topics, policies, procedures, and expectations are communicated to the staff and executed where appropriate
- Create and/or assists in the development and execution of plant budgets, goals, standards, EOS action items and career development plans
- Understand job standards and/or machine operation for each function
- Follow up on associate orientation, on-boarding, training, new hire performance reviews, and/or development as appropriate
- Ensures associates have appropriate tools to perform assigned duties and that tools/equipment are routinely inspected and maintained

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize and manage the construction project in all areas from start to successful completion including contract proposal, budget, change orders, materials procurement, billing, and collection.
- Comply with project contract including legal notifications, scope administration, change order procedures, billing, contract schedules, claims procedures and other contract requirements.
- Responsible for cost management. Monitor efficiency and production for compliance with labor budget.
- Work with field and others on the project team to maintain project tracking and reporting to ensure work progress and budget compliance.
- Control, collect and disseminate all project documentation.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with the general contractor, design team, owner, subcontractors, various company divisions and other key participants.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Project Manager with 6–10 years of experience who brings deep technical understanding, strong team leadership, and the ability to guide complex projects from early design through construction. General Contractor or Architect experience is preferred.
With oversight and training from a Project Executive or President, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of challenging construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and managing resources to ensure successful project completion and satisfied clients. The projects include multifamily (including modular), sports arenas, historic, public-private partnerships, utility infrastructure, hospitality, industrial and more.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA with offices located in Pasadena and Culver City. Projects are located throughout Los Angeles County.
The team is currently working 2-3 days per week in the office and 2-3 days per week from home or project sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
True Builder
- Manage medium-to-large projects across design, permitting, bidding, contracting and construction.
- Quickly identify interdisciplinary conflicts in drawings and consultant deliverables.
- Oversee schedule reviews, delay/acceleration planning, and change-order negotiations.
- Apply lessons learned and constructability knowledge to guide team decisions.
- Maintain strong technical fluency across trades and building systems.
- Share construction lessons learned with teammates in monthly staff meeting presentations.
- Mentor teammates on specific trade expertise to elevate the company’s overall technical ability.
Team Leadership
- Assume responsibility for project and team success, including that of external partners.

Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager will procure and supervise electrical construction and renovation projects along with assisting a team of Project Managers to do the same. As a Senior Project Manager, this position will work as part of our team and engage in nearly every aspect of the electrical contracting business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage their own projects while assisting project managers, project engineers and estimators within your team to accomplish the below tasks
- Prepare, issue and maintain purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, timesheets, requests for information, change orders and all other project management paperwork
