Job Description
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company and departmental standards.
Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents.
Clean assigned number of guest rooms according to company and departmental standards including but not limited to:
Changing bed linens
Collecting used bath linens and replenishing with fresh linens
Dusting hard surfaces
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Cleaning bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
Stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior Experience In a Similar Position Preferred.
Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
Must be able to push/pull/maneuver supply cart weighing approximately 200 pounds.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Other physical requirements include but are not limited to kneeling, reaching, stooping, bending, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Knowledgeable in the proper use of chemicals used in cleaning guest rooms beneficial.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.
This is a per-event paid position with compensation of $82.00 per event. The hourly rate shown is for reference only and reflects a breakdown of the guaranteed event pay, which is based on a 7-hour event day. The total event payment remains the same regardless of the actual number of hours worked.

What will you do?
- Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner

Job Description
The Restaurant Manager provides direct and general supervision to restaurant staff in order to ensure effective and efficient operation of assigned restaurant operations. They ensure compliance with health department regulations while supporting Belterra’s vision, mission and values.
The Restaurant Manager:
- Is responsible for operating and maintaining an efficient and profitable (front-of-the-house) operation in all food and beverage outlets
- Delivers internal and external guest service with Boyd Style
- Staffs, schedules, evaluates, trains, develops and monitors team members
- Recommends wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline and other employment actions for team members
- Ensures staff receives adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives
- Understands department objectives, standards, guidelines and budget to achieve effective supervision of department
- Establishes and maintains training and development procedures to ensure superior guest service standards are met
