What will you do?

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner 
• Serve food and beverage items, following proper sanitation guidelines and adhering to all alcohol service policies 
• Participate in the set-up of the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify stand lead of any inventory shortages 
• Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment 
• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift 

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally 
• May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures depending on the season

• Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment.

Summary

A Japanese video game company is seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Product Coordinator to support live game operations.

This role acts as a bridge between the Japanese development team and the U.S. production team. Responsibilities include monitoring updates, translating materials, checking messaging accuracy, reviewing fan feedback, and supporting marketing efforts.

This position offers potential career growth toward an Associate Producer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between Japanese development teams and the U.S. production team
• Monitor product updates and maintenance for live operations titles
• Translate materials between Japanese and English (both directions)
• Review and ensure accuracy of in-game and official messaging
• Share fan feedback with development teams
• Support social media and marketing information requests
• Provide feedback on marketing materials
• Create proposals for tournaments, giveaways, and live events
• Assist with KPI data analysis
• Ensure accurate timing of announcements and reveals
• Support fan engagement activities

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) – Required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of localization or related experience preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Flexible to work overtime or late-night shifts when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the video game industry

Preferred:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and basic video equipment
• Experience working on mobile free-to-play or live operations games
• Data-driven mindset with KPI analysis experience
• Public speaking or presentation skills

• Receive and prepare food orders for a specific type of cuisine (according to assigned restaurant) according to memorized standard recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and storage areas at all times.
• Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written skills, as well as customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
