The Position
- The OR Manager will lead the Operating Room (OR) unit and will oversee surgical services within the healthcare facility.
- The OR Manager will focus on stabilizing the team, building a cohesive culture, coordinating both patient care and staff services, and implementing process improvements within the OR.
- The leader will be responsible for evaluating staff competencies, department policies, and procedures to ensure the best practices are in place while enforcing a high level of accountability throughout the department.
- The OR Manager will assist with preparations for TJC, IDPH, and IPT regulatory surveys, and will ensure compliance in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Seeking a hands-on leader to establish credibility with surgeons and staff members while also assisting with mentoring and coaching staff, patient-focused culture, and building collaborative relationships within 55 FTE department size managing about 10 Operating Rooms.
- This leader must bring excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to optimize departmental performance while achieving both short-and-long-term goals. In addition, this leader will ideally bring extensive clinical, leadership, and high acuity experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Active RN license required.
- Active BLS certification is required; ACLS, NRP, PALS, ENPC, and/or TNCC certifications are strongly preferred.
- A minimum of four years of clinical experience including a minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required.
Compensation Details
- The base salary range for this position is $102,000 to $164,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

- Reconcile supply-based budget models with demand-based analyses, in coordination with Finance teams.
- Analyze and recommend trade-offs between price, volume and yield-generating strategies.
- Work with sales teams on enablement and demand generation strategies to achieve revenue and adoption targets.
- Drive growth of Twitch advertising offerings, including business management in support of org goals around revenue, product adoption, advertiser maturity advancement, etc.

- Produce stack-ranked set of sales priorities to influence product requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs.
- Partner with Ads Marketing on customer-facing Video Sales and Marketing narratives.
- Partner with cross-functional leads across the Ads organization to ensure execution of GTM strategies, including tactical week-to-week guidance and support.
- Effective at articulating and presenting complex concepts to cross functional audiences using hard data and metrics to support assumptions.

The VA Medical Center is a quaternary cardiology care hospital, including complex PCI and EP procedures, percutaneous hemodynamic support, 24/7/365 STEMI primary PCI, cardiac/coronary CT and cardiac MRI, and on-sight LVAD and heart transplant. The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center is a primary and premier teaching hospital for Baylor College of Medicine residents and cardiology fellows. The cardiology section is a large section, and consists of many nationally and internationally recognized thought leaders, clinical leaders, and guideline leaders in cardiology. Baylor College of Medicine is a nationally ranked medical school and research center, within the Texas Medical Center. Requirements for the position include experience and expertise in echocardiography, including TEE and stress echocardiography (level III training). Ascension St. Vincent’s Emergency Room Arlington – Jacksonville, Florida
- Approximately 65 patients per day.
- Annual volume of 23,700 patients.

Assignment Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
- Call shifts required
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Duties: Diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, follow-up care, etc.
- Any active, unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory accepted
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
