Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. Primary responsibilities include ensuring that the community generates satisfactory cash flow and that the property is maintained by Avita standards and assures customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:50am-6-6:30pm (off weekends)
JOB DUTIES
- In the absence of the PM, the APM is in charge of the office and teams and shall become responsible for all monies pertaining to the property and must ensure daily bank deposits are made.
- Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents. Assure that lease or rental agreements are being properly completed and renewed.
- Coordinate all details of move-ins and move-outs.
- Accurately process paperwork and ensure all data in the resident files such as income, credit reports, assets, etc. are kept confidential.
- Posting rent and preparing bank deposits ( as needed)
- Prepare and maintain resident files according to company policies.
- Initiate the lease renewal process.
- Preparing late notices, lease renewal letters, and assisting the PM with various managerial reports as requested.
- Assists with the eviction of tenants in compliance with the court order and directions from Attorneys and upper management.
- Prepare weekly traffic/renewal status reports.
- Keep the advertising file up to date.
- Inspecting apartments recently vacated to determine the disposition of the security deposits.
- Training new employees as requested by the PM.
- Ensure all payments from residents are collected and recorded accurately.
- Participate Enthusiastically in resident relation and retention programs and activities.
- Assure prompt and professional action on all resident complaints.
- Continually provide excellent customer service to all residents and prospective residents.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
- Attends and participates in training as required.
- Drives motorized vehicles on or off property for company business purposes.
- Supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Community Director.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
- No less than 1 year of LEASING experience is required
- Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures, and governmental regulations related to the multifamily industry.
- Basic accounting skills to include but not limited to commissions, percentages, and discount calculations.
- Strong supervisory, customer service, and sales background preferred.
- Organizational, multi-tasking, communication skills, attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and have a valid Driver's License with no restrictions.

Position Summary:
The Health & Wellness Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents within the community, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and high-quality care delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensures that community follows all federal, state, local laws and regulations as it pertains to clinical care.

- Responsible for overseeing the completion of the monthly updates and reporting any pertinent changes to the responsible party.
- Partners with other department coordinators to identify, review, and discuss potential change in service/medication levels if applicable.
- Ensures the resident's service plan is updated as indicated by state regulations.
- Participates in community awareness activities and community relations.
- Maintains communications with resident's family and/or responsible party regarding changes in care or health concerns.
- Informs the Business Office of fee changes related to care needs, if applicable.
- Schedules clinical staff on a monthly basis.
- Ensures adequate clinical supplies are available.
- Participates in a rotating on-call schedule.

Provides supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants and others as assigned to assure delivery of consistently high quality care to residents. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nations economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records;OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR
A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.

We are looking for a Center Manager to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the center
- Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals
- Work with parents to define children's learning needs
- Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center
- Engage with children and families in the center
- Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
- Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met
- Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students
- Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
- Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics
- Report weekly to the executive team on progress
Qualifications:
- Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment
- Flexible schedule

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
The Crew Member assembles and presents completed treat orders, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining all customer areas in a clean, safe, pleasant manner and to all restaurant safety and health code standards. Additionally, the Crew Member executes all kitchen operations, ensuring all prepared foods meet restaurant safety and health standards. Cook, assemble and wrap good items; stock all needed products and preparation materials in a clean and safe manner.
Essential Functions
- Communicate clearly, quickly, and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers.
- Prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately.
- Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment while following all health and safety standards.
- Work as a “team” member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value to each customer.
- Clean work area, organize and stock needed items. Move various treat, paper, and cleaning items from other sections of building (or outside building) to immediate work area.
- Control food production process.
- Break down and clean chill area thoroughly every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader.
- Wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining/service areas to proper receptacle, sweep, mop, stock, and other cleaning tasks. Occasional need to be out of building (i.e., parking lot, freezer, trash container areas, etc.) for parking lot pick-up, trash removal and other maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Inform manager promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Quickly and accurately prepare food products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately
- Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, freezer, and other related cooking equipment while following all health and safety standards
- Must have excellent customer service skills; exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
- Travel quickly in customer service area as much as three times for each customer up to as many as 40 customers per hour of shift
- Move cases of food/paper products, buckets of sanitizing liquid or cleaner, containers of up to 50 pounds up to 10 times per six-hour shift, Stock ice in soft drink dispensers, use sanitizing solutions, stock all items used in customer service area

- Ability to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products as well as products in and out of temperature danger zone (41-140F). Capability to stand for long periods of time.
