- Performs comprehensive and problem focused history and physical exams, interprets and correlates laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
- Interprets and correlates subjective and objective data to formulate a differential diagnose and establish a working diagnosis.
- Formulates a treatment plan for Orthopedic problems within scope of practice. Implements therapeutic intervention for specific conditions when appropriate.
- Exercises judgment on problems requiring consultation, referral, or evaluation by the supervising Orthopedic surgeon or other health care professionals.
- Orders, collects, and performs appropriate laboratory or diagnostic procedures, and studies including but not limited to blood and tissue specimens.
- Orders or performs diagnostic studies such as, but not limited to, EMG, electrocardiogram, compartment pressure measurements, and x-ray examinations including special xray examinations CT, MRI, and bone scans etc.
- Performs procedures such as, but not limited to, digital blocks, regional anesthesia, and minor outpatient surgical procedures such as but not limited to: tendon repair, wound closure, wound management, wound debridement, incision and drainage, needle biopsy, percutaneous pinning of fractures, k-wire removal and hardware removal.
- Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including, but not limited to, joint and bursa aspirations, closed reduction of fractures and dislocations, injections of joints, tendons, trigger points and bursa, as well as brace, cast and splint applications.
- Assists in surgery to include but not limited to, first assist, deep and superficial tissue closures, application of appliances and any other action delegated by the surgeon. Conducts hospital rounds, writes orders, and otherwise assists the Orthopedic surgeon.
- Serves as primary orthopedic call for Bay Area Hospital?s patients in the Emergency Department and various inpatient units. Will participate in call coverage along with other employed and non-employed PA?s and NP?s including regular weekday, weekend and 24-hour call. May be asked to rotate schedule to provide call during holiday, weekend and night coverage.
- Evaluates and clarifies clinical conditions, formulates and implements a treatment or therapeutic plan for hospitalized patients, dictates discharge summaries, histories and physicals.
- Orders, prescribes, dispenses, and administers medication, orthosis, orthotics, braces and other orthopedic devices as may be allowed by state legislation.
- Evaluates, screens and councils patients on health maintenance and promotes utilization of community resources.
- Designs, conducts and/or participates in research studies, manages databases, and performs quality assurance.
- In collaboration with the attending physician, prepares and records patient history, develops and implements a plan of care
- Participates in daily rounds on assigned patients and documents the pertinent symptoms, findings, diagnoses and care plans.
- Utilizes electronic medical record for order entry and documentation.
- Participates in multidisciplinary rounding
- Responds to coding and documentation queries and participates as requested in quality and safety initiatives.

The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting with the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations. PAY RANGE:

Performs mammographic examinations based on department procedures and under the direction of the network director of women’s imaging and clinical specialist.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience in Cardiac Ultrasound preferred.
Registry by one of the following is required: Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).

The Registered Echo Technologist will provide patient-centered high quality exams such as Transthoracic Adult and Pediatric (if indicated), Transesophageal and Stress Echo utilizing modalities of M-mode, two-dimensional and doppler.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides the total patient exam experience according to the Policy and Procedures of echocardiography for the network.
Assists the performing physician during appropriate exams.
Completion of ACC annual department and hospital wide competency.
Assists in gathering and recording Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement as requested for ICAEL Accreditation.
Maintains responsibility for own professional development through active participation in in-services and/or continuing medical education programs.
Responsible for cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and restocking supplies in work area.
Cross training for assisting with EKG’s, placement of holter monitors and event monitors and assisting with stress testing.
Exhibits knowledge and ability to process echo images and documentation into the echo structured reporting system.
Possesses knowledge of insurance codes, cardiology procedures, and required paperwork for all procedures and department requirements.
Maintains equipment in good working condition and secures repairs at the direction of the Manager of Cardiology PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Sitting up to 7 hours per day in 1-hour increments.
Walking up to 2 hours per day in 15-minute increments.
Occasional standing, up to 1 hour.
Continuous use of fingers/hands to manipulate probe, equipment switches and data entry on keyboard.
Frequent use of upper extremities to reposition patients, transport patients, and lifting supplies up to 10 lbs.
Frequently pushes echo equipment for portable studies, approximately 440+ lbs.
Occasionally stoops, bends and reaches above shoulder level.
Hearing as it relates to normal conversation and doppler echocardiography.
Seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and visual monotony.
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited/approved Cardiovascular Technology program or equivalent.
Minimum of High school graduate or equivalent; in house training and completion of Ultrasound Technologist Workshop will serve as an equivalent for those grandfathered to test for CCI or ARDMS registry.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience in Cardiac Ultrasound preferred.
Registry by one of the following is required: Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
BLS required.

Job Description Our Machine Operators are starting at $19.50/hour.

Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry transactions within MRP system along with accurately recording information on the Discrete job to ensure material traceability/accountability Reads and interprets a variety of work schedules, Kanban, Discrete job, bill of materials, pick lists, drawings and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) Operation of various equipment while achieving quality standards, a production plan and cost objectives.
Perform machine changeovers Perform minor adjustments and perform troubleshooting logic to maintain part specifications and conducts all operations within guidelines of the SOP's and operational codes Assist in the PM of assigned machinery Independently start up and operate equipment as per applicable procedures Recognize technical problems that require assistance from machine shop/engineering and request support as needed Provide feedback on processes and machine performance to engineering and manufacturing management Provide training to other machine operators as requested Continually review procedures for clarity, completeness and correctness.
