The Enterprise IT Administrator is responsible for supporting and administering the core business systems that help power our client including ERP, CRM, CSM, and related operational platforms. While part of the broader IT organization, this role is dedicated to enabling and optimizing logistics and sales operations across NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
You will design, build, and support logistics‑focused solutions through scripting, automation, reporting, and system customization.
Success in this role requires deep expertise in supply chain logistics combined with strong technical proficiency. You should be able to create customizations for NetSuite, manage Boomi integrations, and design as well as administer tailored solutions that improve and optimize logistics, service, and sales operations
This position will be under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Manage, maintain, and support the daily operations of NetSuite (ERP) and integrated systems, including Adaptive, RF‑Smart (Warehouse/Shipping), Streamline, NetSuite Pay, TrueCommerce, and the Boomi Integration Platform.
- Administer ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), including integrations that support the member services team.
- Administer Salesforce (CRM), ensuring reliable data flow and integration support for the internal sales organization.

Enterprise Data & Reporting Strategy

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise data/analytics and/or integration leadership, with 5+ years managing teams and/or MSP/SI delivery.
- Demonstrated success building enterprise reporting strategy, KPI governance, and scalable analytics operating models (COE-style governance, enablement, and standards).
- Hands-on leadership experience with modern analytics stacks, including:
- Power BI (semantic modeling, governance, tenant/workspace standards, enterprise rollout)
- Microsoft Fabric (end-to-end analytics workflows across ingestion, transformation, warehousing/lakehouse, and reporting)
- Oracle Retail Insights (retail analytics/BI, data sourcing, retail hierarchies/metrics, operational reporting)

Your role and responsibilities
Currently, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to join our team. This is a key role playing an integral part in our growing Oracle ERP practice. This is a full‑time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. Must be willing to travel to support clients onsite as needed.
The ideal candidate will have operated in a senior Architect capacity previously, is someone who can anticipate needs and take action to drive deliverables for continued project success. This position needs a leader who will not only architect solutions on implementations but also be part of a senior task force to help the practice grow. This includes maximizing sales opportunities by architecting and acting as the lead in creating Proposals, presenting and implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to potential customers. The individual should be able to play multiple roles, be able to work in a very fast‑paced, enriching environment and is looking for a career rather than just a job.
What You’ll Do:
The Solution Architect is responsible for the overall solution identification and architectural design for assigned projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Support client engagements to provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
- Assume accountability for the solution design and the successful implementation of the full solution for on Oracle Cloud ERP Projects. May include hands‑on development, design, prototyping and/or other efforts required to keep the project on a successful track.

Required technical and professional expertise
- 10+ years ERP implementation experience
- Played a Senior Solution Architect role on a minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects in the USA
- Public Sector domain (city/state/local/county government) experience considered an asset
- Knowledge and experience in GASB Accounting and Reporting, Encumbrance Accounting, Fund Accounting, Projects and Grants Accounting and Management
- Hands‑on technologist with strong background in designing and building modular, scalable, testable enterprise systems in in Oracle Cloud Financials
- Ideal to have project exposure to other Cloud module areas such as: Supply Chain and HCM Applications
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse group of people

The Role
This is a growth-focused, enterprise sales position responsible for:
