Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• 
  
• Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations. This includes QSR and ISO Standards.
  
• Participates in Material Review Boards (MRB) Decision process.
  
• Identifies and implements corrective actions for manufacturing related issues.
  
• Performs equipment setup and corrective, preventative and calibration maintenance as necessary.
  
• Installs and validates equipment and processes in the production area to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time following the established validation procedure.
  
• Evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. May develop or revise documents and procedures.
  
• Certifies manufacturing associates in the production processes.
  
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.
  

Minimum Requirements

• 
  
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical field is preferred.
  
• One to three years of technician experience in a manufacturing environment is required; Experience working in medical device manufacturing or other FDA regulated industry would be ideal.

• The "Aha!" Moment Creator: Use your presentation skills to create moments of realization for the client, helping them visualize exactly how Made4net integrates with or replaces their existing ERP, OMS, and automation technologies.

• Methodology: Experience with Demo2Win is highly preferred. If you are a natural storyteller without the certification, we are willing to invest in your training.
• Communication: Outstanding ability to convey industry trends and support messaging with data. You must be comfortable presenting a broad vision to audiences of varying sizes.

Required Qualifications:

Electrical Contractor located in Northern Bergen County, NJ seeking a full-time Estimator/Project Manager for commercial projects varying in size throughout the NYC and Tri-State Areas.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Interpret job bid instructions, technical specifications, and architectural construction prints that are necessary in creating accurate electrical pricing for projects.
• Maintain and log incoming/outgoing bids and meet the deadlines for providing pricing to customers.
• Process and distribute critical/technical information and procured material to the labor force actively building projects.
• Preparation and maintenance of RFI/CO logs over the course of an active project.

The Role:

We're looking for an Estimator with specific finish carpentry experience who is ready to work in a fast-paced culture. The Finish Carpentry Estimator will be responsible for all aspects of preparing hard bid construction cost estimates. Responsibilities include plan take-offs, estimating, proposal preparation, negotiations, pre-construction coordination, client relations, and bid tracking. If you are a self-motivated Estimator with sound judgement, strong communication/interpersonal skills, and confidently develops accurate construction bids then we would love to hear from you! The Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret project documents, understand project logistics, understand project schedule, and develop scopes of work.
• Perform detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs and obtain material pricing.
• Work with Five Star Millwork LLC management and field operation teams to estimate labor production rates, identify project efficiencies, and identify alternate approaches.
• Attend client pre-bid meetings, visit project sites, take notes, and assess site-specific conditions.
• Submit and follow up pre-bid requests for information.
• Prepare bids itemized by specification section and detailed into labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
• Present bids to management, succinctly explaining estimate details and project specifics.

• Follow up on bid results.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform pier reviews of estimates and proposals. Troubleshoot and resolve estimate issues.
• Maintain past performance databases and spreadsheets.
• Research data on industry standard labor production rates and material costs.
• Maintain the bid board, bid tracking logs, customer history, and material management.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the bidding process.
• Maintain professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or 10 years’ experience carpentry construction.

 The Level B Fleet Mechanic/Technician is a journeyman-level role responsible for independent diagnosis and repair of most mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on refuse trucks, heavy trucks/tractors, trailers, and heavy equipment. This role also mentors Level C technicians, supports road calls, and ensures high uptime and DOT compliance for the fleet.

Diagnostics & Repair

• Independently diagnose and repair:
  • Diesel and gasoline engines (intake, fuel, cooling, aftertreatment/emissions components).
  • Drivetrain components including clutches, transmissions, differentials, PTOs, and drive lines.
  • Air and hydraulic brake systems, ABS, and suspension components.
  • Hydraulic systems on refuse equipment (packer bodies, arms, cylinders, pumps, valves, and hose routing).
  • Electrical systems including starting/charging, multiplex wiring, sensors, and lighting.

Preventive Maintenance & Compliance

• Perform and sign off on DOT-compliant inspections and PMs, ensuring all safety-critical items are addressed and documented.
• Accurately interpret and close out DVIR/eDVIR defects; communicate recurring defects to leadership for root-cause analysis.
• Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software, service bulletins, and wiring schematics to troubleshoot complex issues.

Road Calls & Operational Support

• Respond to road calls and breakdowns throughout the NYC tri-state area; perform safe temporary or permanent repairs to return vehicles to service or coordinate towing as needed.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and drivers on repair status and estimated completion times.

Mentorship, Training & Documentation

• Guide and mentor Level C technicians on best practices, safety, troubleshooting, and proper repair methods.
• Complete work orders thoroughly, capturing complaint, cause, correction, labor hours, and parts used.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for PM compliance, repeat repair reduction, and parts standardization.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience as a diesel, truck, or heavy equipment mechanic/technician, including diagnostics and major component replacement.
• Valid CDL Class B (or higher) with air brake endorsement strongly preferred to perform road tests and move equipment on public roads within NY/NJ/CT.
• Demonstrated proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret OEM service manuals, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience in refuse/solid waste, municipal, or LTL/heavy trucking fleet operating in urban environments preferred.
• ASE certifications in Medium/Heavy Truck (T series) or Truck Equipment (E series); working toward Master status preferred.
• Basic welding and cutting skills (MIG, stick, torch) for brackets, hangers, and minor body fabrication preferred.
• Familiarity with computerized fleet maintenance and parts inventory systems preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations across our warehouse operations. This role is critical in developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting audits, managing risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of EHS experience in warehouse operations, with a deep understanding of workplace safety practices, regulatory compliance, and incident investigation. Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills are essential to drive continuous improvement in safety standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide EHS support to ensure a safe and quality working environment in compliance with government regulations and company procedures together with warehouse fire regulations.
• Assist with the completion of various EHS related projects/tasks.
• Process Safety Engineer with expertise in hazardous materials handling, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement various NA EHS written programs, procedures, and work instructions.
• Assist in ergonomic assessments and improvements.
• Conduct regulatory safety audits utilizing the iAuditor tool.
• Review, develop and implement specific EHS training programs.
• Assist with coordination and implementation of EHS related training.
• Audit all WH operational training program and report monthly (including EHS related and WH operation – MHE, Handling, etc.)
• Investigate accidents and incidents.
• Create, maintain, and oversee the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis, and other evaluations as necessary.
• Maintain training records and OSHA logs and prepare periodic reports for review.
• Identify and take corrective action against activities that pose potential threats to workers’ health or safety, which may include recommending organizational measures to protect workers’ safety through revised methods, processes, or materials; inspecting workplace environments, equipment, and/or practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations; and investigating and/or identifying causes regarding filed incidents.
• Help design and implement the EHS programs and culture throughout LX Pantos’ warehouse operation for its clients, including LG Electronics.
• Administration work for safety part/team for Approval process and payment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in an EHS manager position with over 5 years of overall experience of EHS in warehouse operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety (OSHA), Fire Protection Engineering (NFPA), or a related field.
• Environment, Health, & Safety related major is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred).
• Ability to give and make reports (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• In-depth understanding of safe workplace practices and programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations and other applicable EHS laws and guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Will be required to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time (e.g., facility audit may require several hours of walking).
• Business travel may be necessary.
• Preferred experience with ISO 45001.

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to build and manage our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be an expert in writing complex SQL queries, designing efficient database schemas, and developing ETL/ELT pipelines. You will ensure data is accurate, accessible, and optimized for performance to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Design & Management: Design, develop, and maintain relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, ProgressSQL, Oracle) and cloud-based data warehouses.
• Strategic SQL and Data Engineering: Develop sophisticated, optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to process and analyze large, complex datasets for actionable business insights.
• Data Pipeline Automation & Orchestration:Help build, automate, and orchestrate ETL/ELT workflows utilizing SQL, Python, and cloud-native tools to integrate and transform data from diverse, distributed sources.
• Performance Optimization: Tune queries and optimize database schema (indexing, partitioning, normalization) to improve data retrieval and processing speeds.
• Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems. Implement data masking, encryption, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for database schemas, data dictionaries, and ETL workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SQL Mastery: 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
• Database Expertise: Deep understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and data modeling techniques.
• Cloud Platforms: Demonstrated experience with Azure Data Services and other data warehouse technologies.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• ETL Tools: Familiarity with tools like SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• Experience with big data frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka).
