Step into Your New Role

As a Construction Inspector-Senior, you will perform general construction inspection tasks to verify compliance standards codes, and ordinances, zoning regulations, as well as contract plans, specifications, and special provisions. Projects will consist of bridges, roadways, and environmental components to these services. Responsibilities:

  • Inspects and monitors construction sites and the various work activities on these sites to verify adherence to standards, codes, and specifications.

The Role:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations. The Role:

The primary responsibility of the Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations. Summary/Objective:

ACI's MEP Project Managers oversee all aspects of planning and implementing the delivery of our commercial construction projects, including Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection (sprinkler), and our respective subcontractors.
