Position Summary

The Tractor Test Driver & Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting structured test drives of new or serviced tractors to evaluate operational performance, safety, and overall product quality. This role identifies, documents, and communicates mechanical, functional, and quality-related issues observed during dynamic testing. The position collaborates closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Service teams to support root cause analysis and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standardized and ad-hoc test drives of tractors on various terrains including paved surfaces, gravel tracks, fields, and slopes under varying load conditions and speeds.
• Evaluate and validate performance of critical systems including engine, transmission, PTO, hydraulics, steering, braking systems, 3-point hitch, auxiliary circuits, and implements.
• Identify and document issues related to NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), drivetrain irregularities, hydraulic lag or oscillation, steering drift, brake fade, electrical faults, sensor anomalies, and operator interface (HMI) defects.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections for leaks, loose components, misalignment, abnormal wear, sharp edges, fit and finish defects, and paint or coating issues.
• Use OEM diagnostic tools or data acquisition systems to verify CAN bus communication, read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), and capture operational data logs.
• Communicate findings and provide detailed reports to cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
• Support root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions based on test results.
• Perform pre-operation safety inspections including checks of tires, fluid levels, lights, horn, ROPS, and seat belts.
• Recommend improvements to product design, assembly processes, and testing procedures based on operational observations.
• Follow all safety protocols and testing procedures during equipment operation and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Agricultural Equipment Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating tractors or heavy/mobile equipment in agricultural, construction, industrial, testing, or service environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate tractors with manual and hydrostatic transmissions.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics, powertrain systems, and electrical systems.
• Experience with CAN diagnostics and reading diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, service manuals, and testing procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently climb on and off heavy equipment.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment during testing.

Our Manufacturing Operations Manager oversees execution of manufacturing, and production for the plant which includes safety, productivity, labor, cost, production schedule, quality, and continuous process improvements to meet established business goals. Responsible for driving key initiatives to ensure cost reduction, inventory management, delivery performance, and key performance indicator (KPI) targets.

What will you be doing -

• Oversee and manage all manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality, cost, and morale and to meet and exceed customer and Company requirements.

What are we looking for -

• 7-10+ years of manufacturing (i.e., assembly, cutting, fabrication, welding, painting, etc.) experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing supervision/management experience.
• Practical experience applying Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Total Quality Production System (TQPS) principles in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities

CAM Programming & Quoting

• Use SolidWorks and CAMWorks to generate machining programs and support quoting activities

Qualifications

This role will serve as the single point of contact for all utility-related scope, including transmission, distribution, and substations, supporting high-availability, mission-critical facilities.

Role Overview

The Utility Project Manager will lead scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety for utility and substation work supporting data center developments. You will collaborate with internal energy teams, engineering, construction, utilities, and AHJs to ensure reliable, on-time energization of data center campuses.

Key Responsibilities

Scope & Stakeholder Management

• Act as Single Point of Contact for all utility and substation scope (transmission, distribution, substations)
• Lead weekly design and site coordination meetings with Energy, Engineering, Construction, Utilities, and AHJs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of utility experience, including transmission, distribution, and substations
• Proven experience supporting data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects

What You’ll Do

As the Quality Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day quality operations across the manufacturing process and ensure products meet rigorous internal and external standards. You’ll partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues, improve systems, and elevate overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance and inspection activities across manufacturing operations
• Supervise a team of quality inspectors, technicians, and team leads across multiple shifts
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable quality standards
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, systems, and documentation
• Conduct internal audits and help prepare for external audits and inspections
• Drive root cause analysis on non-conformances and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve quality issues and improve outcomes
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Train team members on quality systems, inspection methods, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency
• Support and enforce plant safety standards and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience working with ISO 9001 quality systems
• Experience leading quality assurance, inspection, or quality systems in a production setting
• Strong experience with root cause analysis, non-conformance resolution, and CAPA processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, machining drawings, and CAD models
• Experience with ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Excel
• Hands-on experience using precision inspection equipment such as:
• CMM
• 3D scanners
• Calipers
• Gauges and other metrology tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field preferred
• Relevant quality certifications are a plus

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Analyze electrical diagrams and project plans to determine scope and installation requirements
• Utilize estimating software and tools to build comprehensive project estimates
  
  

• Identify labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and vendor requirements
• Develop detailed cost estimates and bid proposals aligned with project specifications
• Solicit, review, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and competitiveness
  
  

• Prepare RFIs, clarifications, and proposal documents for bid submissions
• Coordinate estimating timelines and ensure all deliverables meet bid deadlines
• Work closely with project management and operations teams to ensure alignment on project scope and pricing strategy
  
  

• Maintain organized documentation of estimates, assumptions, and bid details
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners throughout the estimating process
• Occasionally travel to job sites or client locations as needed
  
  

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in electrical construction, estimating, or a related role
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electrical or construction estimating
• Experience with industry estimating software (e.g., McCormick or similar platforms)
• Electrical field experience (e.g., Journeyperson) or relevant certifications
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and design standards
