General Summary
As the Director of Maintenance, you will be the on‑site authority guiding all maintenance and service operations to ensure aircraft are safe, airworthy, and ready for flight. You'll oversee maintenance activities in full alignment with FAA regulations, the Quality Control Manual (QCM), the Repair Station Manual (RSM), and all approved maintenance data. Role Overview
You will lead a production workforce to meet distribution and production schedule priorities while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets are achieved. This role serves as the key link between shop-floor employees and management.
