Licensure/Certification Qualifications: PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (no OB) Graceville, MN
Seeking one Family Medicine physician to join our Essentia Health–Graceville campus. Located on the waterfront of East Toqua Lake, the clinic provides family practice healthcare to the Graceville community. The Graceville Clinic is staffed six days a week, and a clinic provider offers on-call care on Sundays and holidays. The Graceville Clinic is affiliated with Holy Trinity Hospital, one of Essentia Health's many Catholic facilities.
Experienced and engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 1 family physician and 2 advanced practitioners
Work schedule: 32 – 36 patient contact hours a week plus call rotation (1:4)
Clinic patients average 12/day
No OB
Call description: Week days & weekends 1:4 (One weekend per month and one weekday per week) to include Inpatient/ED/Nursing Home Coverage
The Essentia Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care Team. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families. This is part of a larger campus, offering continuum of care with AL, SNF, Home Health, RHC, and CAH – all services on one campus.

COMPENSATION

Position Description:
Rachel Contracting is seeking qualified applicants for a Safety Director - Demolition position. The Safety Director - Demolition is responsible for creating an environment and culture focused on sustaining safe operations and engaged team members. This includes the continuous development, implementation and compliance of Rachel Contracting’s safety programs, policies, and procedures. The Safety Director – Demolition will also inspect, audit, and assist project sites in complying with Federal, State, Local, and Company polices. This is a proactive role working to improve physical conditions and team members behaviors to realize a company-wide culture of Health, Safety, and Environmental in all aspect of their lives. Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Oversee and ensure compliance of all OSHA, MSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and HazMat regulations pertaining to demolition operations while maintaining awareness of any amendments to those regulations and its impact on operations.
2. Develop, maintain, and proactively deliver demolition industry educational materials and training that helps improve safety, including DOT, NDA, OSHA, MSHA, HazMat, and company safety training programs.
3. Administer all aspects of company safety policies and procedures, including incident response and reporting.
4. Complete in-depth reviews of project specific demolition means and methods and provide guidance on identifying the safest, most effective approach.
5. Administer Rachel Contracting’s demolition field safety initiatives, including incident investigation, best practice sharing, safety orientations, discipline program, safety day and safety recognition program.
6. Conduct regularly scheduled on-site reviews and audits of all demolition project sites and communicate findings with Management Team.
7. Provide reports and updates to the Management Team regarding any safety issues, new programs, and regulation changes.
8. Ensures that safety technology tools are used, and those results are examined, trend data is analyzed, and plans are developed to reduce and prevent future safety incidents.
9. Write and train team members on Site Specific HSE plans.
10. Assist in the estimation and project preplanning activities including selecting best demolition practices.
11. Read and interpret plan sets to identify safe and effective means to perform demolition and incorporate in the overall Hob Hazard Analysis.
12. Conduct new employee orientation with training, testing, and onboarding.
13. Additional duties as assigned by management.
14. Some overnight travel within a regional area will be required.
Position Requirements:
Position Qualification Preferences:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience overseeing large scale demolition projects.
2. Degree in HSE field, Engineering, Construction Management or CSP, CHST, OHST, OSHA 500/510, preferred, not required.
3. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, ability to be a team leader under challenging conditions, proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Exceptional knowledge of building construction and architecture.
5. Proficient computer skills.
6. Being a positive self-motivator with a passion for the safety profession.

Variety of welding processes utilizing mig, tig, robotic, and gas applications. Welds commonly used metals and alloys of various shapes, sizes, thicknesses, etc. Selects welding electrodes for specific welds to ensure penetration and fusion of base and filler metals. Welds metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blue prints, layouts, or work orders. Welds in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. Working knowledge of welding materials and equipment. Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug examination.
Essential Functions:
Mark-up incorrect drawings and bills of material, submit to engineering and plan for change.
Communicate with engineers and designers on problems regarding production tools.
Fabricate components from blueprints and verbal instructions.
Perform assignments in accordance with written quality procedures.
Uses cutting torches, grinders, etc. and similar metal working equipment to complete welding projects.
Ensure compliance to safety rules and procedures.

Requirements:
- The welder is required to be on their feet for up to twelve hours using their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear around machinery. They will also be required to frequently walk, stoop, kneel or crouch.
- The welder must be capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds; frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus on optical devices.
- Individuals will work near moving mechanical parts of machinery and electrically activated devices.
- Individuals are occasionally exposed to airborne particles.
- Perform math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Knowledge of decimals, fractions, and metric/English conversions
- Participate in continuous improvement activities that result in reducing variation and waste in the manufacturing process. Using a specified training format, work closely in training new welders
- Lift and position parts into fixtures.
